Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I had a really challenging last few days so I had to come get some ice cream. It seems like an addition and a drug for me. I may need to evaluate whether or not I need to be buying it. But, neither here or there, I went to Bruster's in 36° weather and stood in line waiting to get me some GramCentral Station ice cream. It was worth the wait, the cold, and the 10 to 15 minute drive.
Both Mendy and Maria were amazing and had great customer service skills. I used to come here a lot until life got busy, but it's good to be back! They have some of the best ice cream and I am here for it!
So Mendy and Maria, if you all see this message, please know that you are appreciated for your great customer service skills and I personally appreciate such great and quality ice cream. I have my fix now and so I'm happy. I'm brushing off the day's challenge and going to be happy. Forget the last few days and it's challenges! I'm okay now.

The customer service is crazy, this lady literally had someone at the window for over 15 minutes, laughing talking, while others waited in 40 degree weather.. Didn't even acknowledge me at all, or a sorry for the wait..They talked About the driver not getting a cone to who was going to be driving..I was there to get a pie and a cake for a birthday party...They are friendlier at the Busby location..way out of my way, but it is what it is..

Love the luscious smooth texture and flavorful taste of Bruster's ice creams, especially the chocolate turtle. Rich, decadent, but worth every penny.

good location with friendly staff and clean work environment. Area behind the shop was kinda dirty with garbage and a discarded awning thrown in the trees. Good location though, will return again

Mendy was very passive aggressive throughout the entire conversation and her customer service was sad for a team lead. They also served me an ice cream in a cup that was covered in a brown residue. (The ice cream was not meant to have brown anywhere.)

I want to say Mendy and the staff did a great job with customer service and helping when I was undecided 🤷🏿‍♂️ on what flavor I really wanted thank you for the great experience

Always wonderful. Staff is so kind and patient and ready to serve. Always greeted with a smile (and the delightful smell of Waffle Cones) when the window slides open.
The icecream and waffle bowls are always fresh and amazing. I look forward to the monthly/ seasonal specials and new flavors, in addition to my favorites flavors.
We are here several times a week no matter to weather LOL

I purchased the Dubai chocolate. It was delicious😋!
