So I’m dashing at this rude and nasty Burger King mind you they took awhile to acknowledge me also I had wait over 12 minutes still didn’t receive order I over heard tall giant manager say she gotta wait so I left this is a disgrace why over look dash orders and put them on back burner never again

Do not come to this Burger King! I’ve got me a number one and the man that was on the intercom. He never ask me what drink do you want? He gave me a Diet Coke. It was an older guy with a very nasty attitude.I got my food and I pull off and I start eating some of my fries and I found a piece of hair. I turn around immediately around. I didn’t have an attitude, even though I was mad, and I told the lady at the window what happened started off with my drinking anywhere a piece of hair in my fries. She went to make me another wobble meal, and I tried to give my drink back to the man, and he literally snatched it from me. I will never go back to the Burger King because I shouldn’t have to be eating someone’s hair in my food. I will be reporting them.

I stopped here with a friend. I was highly impressed by Ms. Shanteria and her team. Everyone was pleasant, patient and polite the entire time. I had a special made Spicy Chicken sandwich she communicated very well with her cook to ensure both orders were correct the first time. The quality of the food was excellent (hot and fresh)!!! Kudos to the cook for the great food.
Don't waste your time. Store stays out of biscuits. Then they want to upcharge because they are not properly stocked. Cashier also have a stankin attitude. Be careful!

I bought an 8 piece chicken nugget for my son and he ate 4 of them when I noticed he bit into one and there was a whole ROACH on it I took it out and immediately took it back and told them the white girl was like “we don’t have roaches” I then showed her the piece I took out my sons mouth she said no that not a roach so I showed another employee and the other employee said “I don’t know I mean it looks like it has an antenna” long story short I only got refunded me $3 when I paid almost $30 worth of food because she said all my food was gone that I only had 2 nuggets like that doesn’t matter there was a ROACH IN THE FOOD !!!! Make it make sense pls DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE DIRTY AND HAVE ROACHES cause you can’t tell me that’s NOT a roach plus “the big boss “ like that white girl said didn’t do nothing about it and as yall see the other reviews other ppl have ALSO found bugs in their food !!!!

Absolutely the worst there was a bug in my food the other day even showed it to them & they refused to give me a corporate number but no worries I’ve contacted the health department since their score is “100” so there’s “no way that bug came from our store” there is another review SHOWING the bug in their food & there was a bug fried in mine literally.
