I don't generally review fast food restaurants because my expectations are rarely very high. But if a customer doesn't eat pork, and asks that a breakfast sandwich be prepared without pork, it seems like a fairly straightforward request. This location could not comprehend and I was sent on my way with a bag of sausage. Apparently no pork means extra pork.

Today I was waiting at the Drive through speaker for about 5mins, and no cars infront so I said, "Hello" How about the manager Edwardo or something like that(pic below) comes on the intercom and tells me, " We know you there, we are busy and you need to be patient!" so I pulled around to go inside. Here comes this , man who has such a frightening face, with an attitude still and asking me , "Do I need help!?" Im like speechless about the service! I asked for a manager and he said he is the manager, well can I have Corporates number ? He refused to give me that number !! I can not believe that he represents Burger King as a manager

This would be a good place to put in a real Burger King. One without some young lady with more ornaments than a Christmas tree pretending to be a server that actually listens to the customers request without walking away.

They make a huge deal about ketchup. They will purposely not put ketchup in the bag in hopes you don’t ask about it. They are rude when you ask to get some too!

So I went yesterday afternoon around 2:30 to get some lunch. And let’s say I wasn’t happy…
So I was ready to order; one cashier in the front was very disrespectful saying “what you’d want”? In a rude manner and tone. I said “I would like a number one please” he said “okay that’s $10.38 and just gave me my money without counting it” and I asked for a medium Cup and he said “we don’t have any medium Cups” when I specifically saw some in the cooking booth. 20-25 minutes passed without them saying “pickup for #1 ready” and I purchased a birthday style Cake that was advertised, they gave me the Hershey Cake. I was very disappointed so I left and they don’t say nothing when you leave. I feel sad for the customers that come in this establishment and get treated like trash.
I work at Publix so we are known to have great customer service…
I would NOT be coming here anymore fyi
The one White Lady with the Colored Hair is the only good person with great service…
Went on a Wednesday night at 10pm, was told "oh by the way we are closed" after sitting at the drive thru. Posted hours say closing is at 10:30pm.

I ordered the Whopper Comb, it was pretty good, it wasn't greasy and I could tell the food was freshly made, I will be visiting this Burger King again.
