This Chick fil A is Sooo slow! Not organized at all going through the drive thru? Ordered a sweet tea thinking it was going to be fresh and cold? Instead taste like water and was Hot? ( No ice) in cup? Ask for a lemon, No lemons? I came back to this location after a month and still No lemons? Won't come back to this location, ( Poor Management!)

The food was hot and made to order but this location took a while to make my mobile order. It is also a terrible location, very congested traffic. I had a hard time getting into the pick up lane and getting out of the pick up lane once my order was ready. I definitely wouldn't want to park and try to walk into the store as the 2 to-go lanes wrap around the entire building.

Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had I've gone here three times thinking it was a fluke but nope.. The ladies specifically taking the drive-through orders flat-out acted like I was inconveniencing them by being there. My chicken tenders came out soggy, cold, and honestly felt undercooked. Fries? Barely warm and I literally counted only eight in my “medium” order. My lemonade was somehow manageable even when its too tart, because the packed to the brim with ice (as always) will somehow water it down. But in that mean time you barely get any actual drink. And for the third time in a row, they “forgot” my sauce. If this is the standard now, god help us all.
I really tried.. I make it a goal not to come to this one anymore but with the one off Thornton being closed at 8:30pm this is my only choice since it's near my job when I get off. I should of taken photos because this was disgusting. I wish I had a better word. Like imagine eating soggy cold undercooked feeling tenders and fries with absolutely NO sauce to mask the texture and smell. currently regretting this $10 meal. I will not being eating at this location, drive through confusing, long wait times, blindspots when driving, not student drive friendly.

I hate to be this way and give bad reviews but managers please learn how to talk to people. Please hear the customer out first before building an attitude. I was simply trying to ask of a process and the lady had an attitude saying we don’t do this we don’t have that. I wasn’t mean, rude, or anything just inquiring. I understand I’ve been in her position and you deal with people all day that may get aggressive BUT try listening first before being ready to act out. Ghetto and attitude responses are not necessary.
Im in the restaurant right now 8/7/2025. My family comes here every single Thursday. Thus is the last. We ordered the same order as usual and it was missing a sandwich. When we went to the counter to tell them and get the sandwich we were told we were lying and the lady sent a young employee to our table to check and count sandwiches. It was embarrassing. To this manager. Take 2 weeks off and then quit. You manage the worse chic fila in cobb county. We will take our business to the smyrna location. Every week something is missing with our order and we never complain. Then you pull this crap. Real Christian like CFA. I know losing 7 guest doesn't hurt but we will also spread the word. This was so uncalled for.

DO NOT COME TO THIS UNORGANIZED LOCATION..I SAT TO THE SIDE WAITING AND WAS FORGOTTEN FOR A PIECE OF CHICKEN BREAST THAT DIDN'T COME WITH MY SALAD..WHO FORGETS THE MEAT THAT GOES ON THE SALAD..THEN I TOLD THE KIDS THAT WERE SWARMED ALL OVER THE PLACE CONFUSED AND THEY WERE LOOKING CLUELESS TO!!SO I HAD TO GET OUT MY VEHICLE TO WALK ACROSS THE PARKING LOT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER..WELL MR..LGBTQ DEMAR GLASPER WANTED TO MAKE IT KNOWN THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE HE IS NOT GONNA PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR EVEN TRY TO GET THE DRY PIECE OF CHICKEN BREAST EXPEDITED..HE SAID NOTHING BUT IT COULD BE REFUNDED AFTER ME WAITING 18 MINUTES..TERRIBLE PERSON TO LOOK UP TO AND HAVE CHILDREN THAT WORK THERE LOOKING UP TO HIM/HER BEING ARGUMENTIVE WITH CUSTOMERS..!!DEFINITELY NEED MORE TRAINING ON QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT THINKIN HE/SHE MADE IT CAUSE THEY GOT A TITLE!!
