Servers are great and the food is always good, but they missed many order notes. I didn't get my bottle of water, so I waited for someone attention. A gentleman asked if I was missing anything, and I told him he got me the bottle and was very courteous. I should have checked the bag. When I got itI realized I didn't get the sauces I ordered.
The sandwich just isn't the same without the sauce!

This restaurant offers the best customer service I have ever experienced. What makes it so impressive is how they train their young staff to prioritize courtesy and excellent service. Whenever you say "thank you," they always respond with "my pleasure," which speaks volumes about their respectfulness and professionalism. It’s refreshing and inspiring to see young people demonstrating such exceptional manners and dedication to service.

Do better people! Fuzz on food is not acceptable, no ice in sweet tea, that was not sweet. No flavor to the food either.

Make sure you check your food for mold BEFORE you leave the store. I thought I could call them and send a photo when I opened a moldy fruit bowl but they make you drive all the way back and waste your own time and gas or they won’t do anything about it. Then the manager gives me my refund in cash (I paid with card) and takes the fruit bowl back inside. I found that disgusting after I’ve already touched it and there’s no guarantee they won’t pick out the bad pieces and give it to the next customer. Unsanitary.

I received my kale crunch salad with bugs inside it. I contacted the local store and was given the option to return the salad for replacement or refund. However both options require me to drive 45-55 mins back to the store which is ridiculous. Not to mention just the overall lack of empathy for my experience of eating a bug. I have taken pictures of what appears to be a caterpillar inside the salad. Overall terrible customer service and recovery.
