I ordered the CLT combo. It was very fresh but, was flavorless, on the small side and the chicken was 1/4 inch thick. For $12.00+ I expected a thicker piece of chicken with a nice seared flavor. The waffle fries were great. The atmosphere was sterile, even with the attentive and friendly staff. It gave me the feeling of a hospital cafeteria. The parking lot is crazy. The center is the store, then a ring of cars going through the drive thru, then 1 layer of parking on the outside. I parked and had to walk through the drive thru ring, then try to find the door on the opposite side of the building. I would have left if I had children because of the danger. Maybe it's just me, but I won't be returning.

One of the worst places I’ve been. Went online placed an order! Immediately I was called from a catering manager who couldn’t fill order because of distance! Ended up going into the restaurant was told they couldn’t deliver because the order wasn’t 250…. But the order was 235… the lady manager was very nasty and bad attitude while speaking to her she began very aggressive move head and neck while speaking to me at the register her name was tekina or something similar… very aggressive while there I contacted the other catering manager while I had her on the phone she even heard her speaking aggressively and nasty to me! I ended up having Barrett parkway to fill my order. I even asked for her name and to speak to the store manager she said she was the manager this happened on 01/15 around 740-8am in the morning! The level of aggression and her not willing to help..I definitely will not be ordering anything else from This place!! There’s no place for aggression in the work place at all…I would appreciate a call or email from chick fila … Austell location.. operator is Johnathan Hollis store 00814… worst. Customer service ever!!!

Asked to pull out of the drivethrough and park in the blocked entrance. Wait. Wait. Wait. Order comes. Have a blessed day. Get home and see no hash brown potatos with my #2 combo. Ive never had an order screwed up at Chik Fil A and even thought to that myself as i squeezed the bag and decided i proba ly didn't need to look.

After paying $18 for a lunch I realize that the way they take the order way before you get to the menu board that shows the price has driven their profit margin up significantly. Great marketing tool but makes me not want to return.

We always visit this Chick-fil-A, but now there's a young woman named Yvette who is a wonderful, energetic, and super hardworking person, setting an example for all customer service employees to follow.
