The scan qr code in drive thru line for Mobile order is probably the dumbest idea only chick fil a restaurant I ever had to do that what’s the point of y’all having our location???… I had to literally do U-turn hop back in line and scan code for them to start working on my order

I don’t go to this Chic fila for myself but I do for my daughter. My daughter choice is food never changes because she don’t eat meat . The veggie roll meal . But this location is dumb , silly and unprofessional. The order is never correct we get chicken roll , lack the meal and these ignorant kids are distracted and can’t execute a correct order. It a shame I askd my daughter to stop going there . Look at the low rating within a year. Wrong orders management is possibly slow too .

This CFA location is extremely unreliable. I can't believe the rate at which they get my mobile orders wrong. From wrong dressing to items missing to not enough straws or wrong sauces. The operator of this location really needs to do a better job at ensuring the employees are completing their training and getting orders right.I have wanted to drive back to complain in person and get the order that I payed for but honestly, who has time for that!!! I'm getting fast food for a reason. Its just extremely annoying. The app also doesn't let you submit feedback for pick-up orders so they make it as hard as possible to actually provide feedback or get any kind of reimbursement.

Moving from Marietta to Austell and thought all chick FIL a was great. No! These employees need to go to East Cobb restaurant and get trained. No long lines and long waiting at East Cobb.if you do see long lines the manager get it down in 2 minutes. This Austell Rd location is a mess. Am just

I could easily say that in this place, I had a top-notch customer service experience because they had visitors from their corporate office on the floor with them. But on the contrary, every Chick-fil-A that I visit is equally high in the dishing out of high quality and excellent customer service.
