Sent my steak back twice cause it was over cooked. I wanted a medium steak but kept getting well done.Took over and hour to be seated cause they were short staff.And my broccoli was over cooked and mushy.But the server and manage attitudes was the best experience over all.

Go to any other chilis than this one. It’s ran terribly. Restaurant was empty. Asked us to wait 10 minutes. Decided to sit at bar. Manager and Bartender had no sense of urgency. We waited 5 minutes with no acknowledgement and left. I’ve been going to this chilis for 20 years and will never go back. Hire some “brighter” people.

The food was great and hot when delivered to the table. Drinks were lacking on refills due to server trying to be slightly hasty with consumers. She seemed to have a good attitude, but after getting drinks we didn't encounter her till 10 mins later for our food order, and even then after that only delivered by the rest of the staff which were friendly and acknowledged if we needed anything else. Took out waitress 25 mins to even come back to see if the food was good. No refills, no acknowledge of drinks till we were already paying. Wife even tried asking but she walked away after we requested one thing... Kind of a let down from their end.
Don't recommend Makayla, unless you want to be left alone.

Came in around 10pm an hour before close. Collin was so great and very attentive despite how late we came in! Food was amazing and you have to try the flamingo freeze! Everything was 11/10.

We showed up an hour before close and was ignored for 10 min so we left. Not even, we will right with you. Straight ignored, there was a guy sweeping right in front of us. We spent our money else where n won't be back. Smh!!!
