I enjoy this place for the most part until recently a waitress left a bad taste in my mouth; literally. She belligerently stated that she was waiting on us, then proceeded to have an attitude.She didn’t check to see if we needed a refill, waited 40 mins for mozzarella stick and never got our entrees. She did not do her job and should be ashamed of the service she provided. Her name is ginger and as a regular I will stop eating at this location.

0 Stars Just drive by this location. It's not even worth the headache. Brunch with a bestfriend to celebrate our birthday's turned out to be one of the worst experience ever. No frozen drinks because the blender is broken so you mean to tell me that a restaurant that big only has one blender. Four other parties were seated after us. We ordered first and waited for over 45 min for the food and our food came out last. The trio was horrible Mozzarella sticks were under cooked, sliders were hard as hockey pucks. Ordered the skillet beef queso, the dip was so thick, tasteless, and luke warm smh. Got a Molton chocolate cake to celebrate our birthday's. Waited over 40 mins for the cake it was luke warm and hard. The Molton chocolate was half melted still has chunks of unmelted chocolate in the middle. Hands down the worst Birthday experience ever

I love this chillis, it has nice service. It is also located in the same shopping center as Tjmaxx and Target. Also don’t forget to use the app, you can put yourself in the list before arriving so you get a table on time

Server couldn't my unsweetened tea order correct. It took over 45 minutes to get our alcoholic drink, after two appetizers and our entrees. We asked to speak to a manager and our server said she did know where a manager is. When it came time to pay, there wasn't a pay tablet on the table. It took over 30 minutes to pay for our meal.

You get what you pay for, I love the honey hot chili tenders, but the server at this location was distracted and all over the place. We had to ask for napkins, straws and utensils. Like I said, this isn't a 5-star restaurant, but the ambiance is subpar. I prefer the other Chilis location in ATL>

Went there specifically to have the side orders of the Mac and cheese. For $4.00 a side the bowls were only 3/4 full and the order of French fries for $3.50 was nowhere near an order of fries, plus the fries were so greasy and soggy. Love this location, but was so dissatisfied with this meal. The Mac and cheese was delicious but not worth what we got, side bowls not filled

Love this 3 for me deal! Got the Old Timer burger with corn on the cob for a side. Came with drink and appetizer, I upgraded to chip Trio. Includes 3 dips of choice with the fresh chips + $3. The 3 for me is $10.99. Always friendly service here and a nice clean atmosphere. Burger was great. This is actually a really good value, considering what the fast foods have been charging. Plus a much better meal. Definitely will be back.

Service was very bad. I was served by a server with a Scorpio tattoo on her arm that had a bad attitude. I asked for BBQ wings and she brings me out Buffalo wings and the chicken was old. After I politely inform her my order was wrong, she catch an attitude and start being nasty nice towards me. I ignore it and pay for my food and sit at the table for a while. She comes to me and ask “Have you paid yet?” I reply “Yes”. She proceeds to say “Well you need to leave because I need to sit someone else here.” I grab my bag to leave so things wouldn’t escalate. While I’m preparing to leave she starts to spray cleaning solution towards me while I’m sitting at the table and the cleaning solutions is hitting my face and clothes and arms. I informed her about her wrong doing and called the police and filed a report. If you spray a customer with cleaning solution you will spit in any customers food. Waiting to hear back from someone before they are contacted by my lawyer.
