EVERY TIME I order thru the app & drive thru my food is COLD. So cold that the rice isn’t even chewable and I have to go back to get it re made. Unacceptable they need to be under new management or just shut down completely.

Every time I Have visited this location it gives dirty. I feel like I should give it the benefit of the doubt because it's not been there very long and maybe they are still getting settled but it's been about a year or two at this point .

The trash cans were full, and the floor was dirty and slippery, and behind the food serving area look dirty. It does not look well kept or kept up .

I've been here a total of three times and this will be my last visit .

The gentleman serving the food on the evening that I went around 9:45 p.m. told me there was no onions in the whole entire restaurant. Every time I have a came to this restaurant they always run out of food. It never fails! They are always missing something. They did not close until 11:00. Why would you not cut up more onions for your customers. It didn't make sense. He was very adamant about it and proceeded to ask me what else I wanted with my food.

Caucasian male younger, long hair pull back in a ponytail with no hair net and glasses. He also was very Kurt with customers he was not trying to appease anyone telling customers what they did not have any more of and moving on to the next person.

Perhaps is location needs to adopt a new process of ordering food because you're always out of food! Whoever the manager is, or the GM or the owner needs to pay attention to your reviews on Google because they are not good! No one has had a great experience at your location.

When someone orders food and they get to the register instead of giving them their total and being adamant on collecting money, ask them if they would like any other items, napkins, sauces, ingredients or condiments. They asked nothing They give you your total and that's it!

Zero customer service skills in this location!

The atmosphere was definitely bland and dirty the dining room area was not clean and kept up. The area where you get your forks and knives and napkins was unkept and dirty. Just not a very pleasant environment to be ordering and eating food. I wouldn't dare eat inside.

No I will not return. I ordered a kids quesadilla because I found out you cannot order a regular size quesadilla inside the store You have to order it online and pick it up in the drive-thru. Which makes absolutely no sense! Also ordered a veggie bowl.

The kids quesadilla consisted of cheese and a protein that's it. It was not offering to add anything I did mention I would like sour cream and salsa and he said that does not come on the quesadilla. I said I will pay for that. He did not put it on it. So I had to order a side cup of salsa, and sour cream. Just pathetic! And unfortunate! The veggie bowl was decent all of the ingredients were in it that we requested.

I went into this Chipotle in Austell Georgia for the Veterans Day special.. the staff was moving pretty quickly.. the food was available, no line, so no waiting time.. and everything was fresh and tasty!..I will definitely return when I’m in the area!😊

Does this location have a lower budget? The protein portion size is actually criminal. These people get low wages so I understand the bad attitude but the portion sizes here need to be investigated. I will not be coming back. Absolutely horrendous location.

STINGY on their portions. Just got the PUNIEST amount in bowl then usual at this location - I asked for little more, but lady told me “sorry I can’t put anymore on it.” WILL BE GOING TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS FROM NOW ON!!! They were nice here but that’s ridiculous and I’m sure it comes from their managers. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE - I thought the NEGATIVE BACKLASH yall received loosened u up a bit but apparently not at this location.

One of the WORST Chipotle restaurants I have ever had. Their staff are UNSAFE and do not follow food safety protocols. The Cobb County Health Department should shut down this establishment for unsafe food conditions. I witnessed the staff putting rice back on the counter from the container to continue serving it to their customers. When I addressed this critical safety issue, the manager refused to address it and was disrespectful. Stay away from this bacteria-infested restaurant. Chipotle needs to re-staff this location with competent and respectful employees who care about food safety. Beware of this disgraceful and awful restaurant! Fire the store manager and save our community from unsafe and careless food service people.

My app literally states that i’m a top 0.3% consumer and i’ve only used this one location . I ordered on the app to receive extra points and asked if i could have it made on the line , the manager was rude by calling me negative and telling me “ however it’s made back there is how im going to get it”
.. this is no way to treat repeat customer

The food was Amazing, but I've never, ever been denied cilantro... I order cilantro at All Chipotle, and never have an issue!!!
But at This location I couldn't get it...who can't get cilantro at a Mexican restaurant/fastfood???
