The customer service sucks. They act as if they are afraid to speak other than asking what protein, etc. You want in your burrito or bowl. They don't refill the food choices when low. You have to ask for fresh veggies when it's all the way at the bottom. This should be automatically refilled and kept fresh for customers. Staff act as if it's a problem when the customer wants fresh and willing to wait. They just want to give you the old. However, this has only been my experience at the Austell location that's near the LA Fitness. I've been to othe Chipotles that were 5 stars all the way around. Unfortunately, this location is closest to where I live, so each time I go, I cross my fingers for a better experience.

Every time I have been to this location there’s something wrong with the food, chips are stale or under cooked, rice is under cooked, chicken is cold or has been sitting out for some time.

Tables were sticky & dirty, Portions were super small, my steak burrito was dry!!! Ughh..servers were rude with bad attitude. Not going to this location again..good seemed old & my guacamole was dark some was blackish!! Grooossss!

Every time that I visit this location, it's one particular caucasian female who always has an issue with portion amounts when it comes to the protein selection. The servings are very, very skimpy for the cost.

Black male at the register very rude super unprofessional I will not be coming here again because of the way he treated me and my family (TOI 5:25pm) I dont recommend anyone eating here go to another chipotle
I ordered a chicken bowl online. I was not given chicken (I'm fairly sure what I was given was smoked brisket), and I'm allergic to red meat. I have yet to get ahold of someone to tell me what was actually put in my bowl, and I've been trying for 30 minutes.

Cook eating behind the counter with gloves on and continued cooking while eating from his fingers in gloves. I will never return. I mentioned it to a person at counter and they ignored me, so I left. Definitely a health hazard

Staff was standing around talking leaning on appliances while only 1 person worked the front. Cashier was nowhere to be found for 5 minutes and gave attitude (actually complaining out loud about not wanting to be There) This place has just gone downhill over the past year
