I went to this location to have lunch, It was one of the worst chipotles that I have ever went to for lunch. The beverage machine was dirty, did not have ice. Whether utensils are at it was dirty food was all over the counter. The trashcan had all dried ketchup on the top of it. The floor was dirty with food particles on the floor. The tables for dining inside was dirty. There was trash in the window and on the floor. Today is April 1, 2024

The last serveral times (over the past 6 months or so) I’ve come to this location, the rice has been undercooked. So hard that it is not edible. The last time the bowl was replaced during the same visit, but the rice was still hard. This has happened several times, where I had not had this issue previously at this same location. It is the closest location to my home, and I enjoy chipotle, but this has deterred me from eating there. I keep going back hoping it’ll be better but has been this way at least 5 times. It has to been thrown away, so a waste of money, as your prices keep going up. my mom has also had the same experience on separate occasions meaning this is a reoccurring and obvious issue.

I never leave reviews but this time I had the need to do it because I had the worst experience on 3-20-24 I came to enjoy a lunch with family as soon as I came this cashier named Rachel was very rude and unprofesional our food was good overall just got cold because of cashier ignoring to hand it to me after it was handed it was throwed I came here with my money to have an enjoyful time im not doing this to get free food people should know the service here is awful I asked to speak to manager to address situation manager was of no help this people dont need to be in customer service cashier position with this manners I am a store manager of a restaurant and this is very bad I am very dissapointed and with not be back.

I always order the chicken burrito and get extra meat, however these last few times that I’ve ordered that through the app there’s barely a scoop of meat let alone extra meat which if I’m being charged $3.50 for it then it should be in the damn burrito. Do better.

The service was excellent, food itself was great. My issue was the sods. I ordered a sprite. The soda machine was dispensing more carbonated water than soda, which made th sprite hard to enjoy. I went back and tried a coke, same thing. I couldn't enjoy a drink with my meal.

Ordered through mobile app. Sat in line for 25 minutes only to be told to pull around TO WAIIT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES or to COME INSIDE while they made the order. Ended up leaving with no food, plus NOW I have to go through your super complicated, SLOW refund process to get my money back!
Was a little lite handed with the ingredients in my bowl at this location overall everything else was amazing.

This is my neighborhood chipotle it has declined immensely in service! It’s always dirty sanitation standards are extremely low. They’re always out of good items. It’s been about 2 years that I’ve watched the steady decline of this location and it is absolutely disheartening cooperate really needs to come in and shake things
