This place is a hit or miss, but today the food was horrible. No condiments, no napkins…the chicken was dry and disgusting. The sweet tea was not sweet and yellow.,awful service today. I really wish this location would hire a better team and stay consistent with them.

I don't eat meat ( vegetarian) but my lady still does. They take orders one car at a time at night so avoid this place if your in a rush. For her: I ordered the two piece dark dead bird and I just wanted something to munch on so I went with the jalapeno bombers. Of course......they were cold......and I ate them.....10 minutes later.......they exploded in my stomach causing me to run to bathroom. My rear was on fire ? as sat on the throne cursing my decision to eat there. It'll NEVER happen again.

Ordered an 8pc mix chicken meal got home it was all dark meat which we don't eat also biscuits was bad all tore up. Would have came back but live about 17 miles. The girl that helped me had bad customer service. Was not happy with the service at the Marietta store.

It took a little while to get our food, but it was fresh and hot. The lady working the counter (who turned out to be the general manager) was working her butt off.
Slow overworked employees. Food overcooked. Floor slippery which I have balance issues and my foot kept sliding. I will never go back. F-

The chicken is nice, but the biscuit I give a 100… the white guy with the Tatoo …. Thanks for your patience… my son is autistic… he was screaming while he was taking my order … he gave him a plastic chicken to make him calm down and a free biscuit as well. Thank you!

This was my first and last time at this location. The cashier was nice. I had several different meals. She didn't know had to ring up the upcharge for white meat. The girl that helped her didn't have any customer service skills. Each meal came with a drink, they didn't have cup holders. ? They didn't give me any condiments. The spicy chicken looked very dark. My mom said it tasted burnt. I got the dark meat. There was no flavor in the batter. Fat on the thighs.They had me waiting. I saw a bunch of chicken ready. I asked what I was waiting for and they acted like I was speaking another language. The cashier realized I just needed my 2 piece and made it. Had me sitting there for no reason. I would not go back and don't recommend.
