Today is National Icecream Day & you get $1 off of any size dipped cone & of course I got a large chocolate dipped cone & it was delicious!!!
The only thing they should do is wear gloves while they're serving/preparing food.

Every time I come to this location, the prices are different and not in a good way! I enjoy Dairy Queen thoroughly I typically go to another location, but this one is right down the street from my children’s school so I end up here more often than I would like! This time we went because of the crunchy cookie promotion, we wanted a crunchy cookie parfait. The person who took our order was friendly at first Then when we ordered the parfait, we were told over the intercom that we will be overcharged because that is only a TikTok promotion and it’s not on their menu. It’s something that TikTok created! Totally understandable because I’ve heard this before, however Got to the window the girl told me never mind that they were gonna be able to make it ! They made it. It was a beautiful parfait as I received my receipt, though I was charging an extra four dollars. Before pulling off, I asked the cashier what was the extra four dollar charge for she said because these items were not on the menu they had to charge more even though the actual receipt states crunchy cookie parfait on there, but it’s not on Your menu! The manager kept yelling something from the back, but never would Come to the window! It’s always an extra charge when I come to this Dairy Queen and the management is not friendly at all! If it wasn’t for the cashier, I would’ve gave it all back! This location is right down the street from a high school. There is no reason why high school students Should have to pay more for their sweet treats! And kindness goes a long way!

I’m not satisfied with the fact that I paid for bus bars, a whole pack of them and didn’t receive them because I had ordered them after the first order and I drove off but when I tried to call, I can’t reach anybody. I’m not happy. I’m not satisfied.
