Service was good the chicken I got chicken fingers we're incredibly small I would look at their chicken before buying it

I stopped going to this location 1 year ago because the manager was extremely rude. I was owed a refund...I did not get it. Her customer service is beyond horrible. I ordered online and she said the system never received it...she refused to speak to me but the young lady, who had exceptional customer service was i guess the managers interpreter. The manager wanted to see my paid transaction, done, wanted to see my bank receipt, asked for my name and phone number because she said if my bank returns the payment I better come back and pay her... I told her that this is not my problem it is something she should handle that with her higher ups. I wanted to commend the young lady that helped me but Ms Manager literally swooshed me to leave..The higher ups must like her rude ways as I waited a year to go back...oh, she said what happened to me has happened to others...PLEASE GET THE MANAGER SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING OR LET HER GO....not an asset.

Honestly Ms. Rebecca is amazing and her customer service is unmatched. Manager under the name Lawson was very rude, wouldn’t listen to my concerns before saying no she’s not getting that. There is a lot more to this story but I believe Rebecca should hold a manger position over Ms. Lawson.

THE MANGER LISA IS VERY RUDE AND SHE NEED TO BE SEEN ABOUT CAUSE THE WAY SHE TALK TO HER CUSTOMERS ISN'T RIGHT . IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB THEN YOU SHOULDN'T WORK THERE .I'M VERY UPSET AND I DON'T WANT TO TAKE IT TO A HIGHER POWER BUT I WILL DO SO IF NOTHING CHANGES THE NEXT VISIT THERE . I RATE THIS STORE FOR AND 0 CAUSE THE CUSTOMER SEVRICE IS TERRIBLE AND NO ONE WHO SPENDING THEY HARD EARN MONEY SHOULD BE TREATED OR TALK TO LIKE THAT . We frequent this dairy queen a lot. My 3 year old daughter loves this place. We went through the drive thru and I ordered her a sprinkles ice cream cone and they definitely came through on the sprinkles. They have had the same owners for years the food is good and the ice-cream is great.
