Called about a store credit because they messed up a previous order. Then they played like I called Johnny's Pizza. Then they said they don't deliver to my area ( I only order delivery) and they delivered it. But that's okay, thanks Little Caesar!

Horrible experience. The cheesy bread was greasy, the cheese on the pizza was sloppily prepared and disheveled. There was no price list posted inside store to let me know the prices of individual items. I was told if I wanted to know the price, I should go download the app. Regardless of having the app or not, I should be able to know how much things are when I walk in the establishment.

My office ordered pizza, and the driver called and advised that we would have to come to the car to get the pizza that they do not deliver inside. I don't understand why charger a delivery fee and was tipped but the food can't be all the way delivered.

Literally do not like this location. I’ve called so many times to receive a refund for an employee who canceled my order after almost 2hrs of wait time and had to come to this location just for him to not acknowledge me as a customer and refused to give me a refund. Spoke to manager and still have yet to receive a refund and it’s almost 3 weeks later. Very disappointing customer service and experience. Living in the area for over 20 years. Just waiting on a refund

I got off work late and saw that Domino's was open. I tried to do a carryout and it was closed which was fine with me. I then called from the parking lot at 12:20AM and the worker apologized and told me both of his drivers were out making a delivery well I was parked next to the delivery car. I would of been fine if he told the truth. First time experience and will not try for a second one.
This is how my pizza arrived the driver didn’t have it in the pizza bag when he delivered it. I refused delivery because of the way my pizza looked. I am so mad because my kids were expecting pizza and the delivery driver brought this garbage to my house.

Absolutely atrocious attitude from the brown skin lady currently working there! She told my son to go to our car and look at the menu because if he stood inside the camera would see and she had to be at the register when someone was in. He said she didn't need to stand there he just wanted to know if there were any specials and she rudely responded if you go to your car and look on the app like I said, you'll find out. I don't know. So, when he asked to speak to the manager she yelled, "I am the manager!!". Shocked a manager would be so rude he asked, " you're the manager??" And she yelled, "Yes, are you stupid??? I'M THE MANAGER!". Excuse me Mam?? Did she call my son stupid??? He left without getting anything and came back to the car shocked. Usually we like the food here but, it's unacceptable to be treated like that and to your face at that. I can only imagine what happens to your food when they know you're not looking with attitudes like that. Then I come here and see a review that someone has found maggots on their food here before. Wild experiences. I can't justify coming back.
