HORRIBLE. I'm here at 11am and the table I sat at had GENERATIONS of stains and powder and crust. I cleaned if off in front of the "manager" and was offered no help... I suppose it's the manager sitting at an adjacent table facing me. I'll attach a picture. She's with another employee LOUDLY complaining about customers they have dealt with and employees that they don't like. WILDLY inappropriate. My iced coffee is so overwhelmingly SWEET that it's undrinkable. The lady that took my order was very nice.
*****UPDATE. I returned the following day and noticed an overwhelming stench of WEED when two individuals walked in and sat down. They were soon joined by the "manager" and proceeded to talk and laugh loudly, using profane language. The conversation was about one of their friends that recently got into a fight and the cops were called. Apparently, someone's mother was in jail? Not sure. The conversation was LOUD and uncalled for. Not what I wanted to hear on a Sunday morning with my child.
1. Charged 30 cents for a cup of H2O, should have said they would. 2. The young lady taking my order had numbers of nose ring sticking out of her nose. Grossed me out before eating.

I promise you this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to, and this is from more than one experience. You're never able to get any of the food items no matter what time of the day it is. Being told they're no longer making certain items because they're cleaning for the night at 6:30 when the restaurant is supposed to close at 9:00 is insane. The word customer service doesn't exist at this Dunkin location. I've given so many chances because this is the only coffee shop on my way to work but the frustrations of dealing with this store is not even worth it any more

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, however, I have to for this Dunkin. Poor customer service, and the food or coffee usually comes out completely wrong. Audible confirmations mean nothings - still get the wrong thing. 1/5.

I use to come consistently but now that there’s damn near kids that are rude & certain women w/ big attitude at the window , i genuinely rather go somewhere else . I pray you guys work on it , god bless.

I had a great experience with Dunkin'Donuts 🍩 The ice coffees ☕are my go to and are always on point, morning or evening.

I had order from the mobile app and when i had pulled in to get my food through the drive thru window all they give me as my pumpkin sig latte on the other hand the lady told me i still have to wait to get my bakery item and i waited 20 minutes already while the rest of the drive thru people had got their items.
