Where do I start….ordered a burger with fries. Took over 30 mins to get our order. Our order was incorrect. Watched the manager work every station the rest of the employees were pretending to be busy. No one was friendly. The girl went for a phone break when it got busy. will not return. It was clear a lack of leadership and training.

Called in order gave it ample time waited until 5 mins after estimated ready time just to go in and still have to wait 20 + mins before getting food ... I ordered a bacon cheeseburger + fries and two hotdogs $36.... the hotdogs were cold and fries were barley cooked ..... will not be returning to location worst experience ever .... get it together guys

Five guys is usually great food, but this location has messed up my order more then a couple times. They always make it right, but fortunately I've always been on site to request the fix.
Update: Dec-24 I believe they hedge made positive hiring improvements. My order and the service have been much better.

You get what you pay for. Please keep establishments such as this location in business. When they are consistent in customer appreciation and food quality is good, you must patronize the business! I recommend the Double cheese burger. You can top it with whatever you want at no extra cost. Full disclosure: Yes, it costs more than The Little Burger & you probably won't want to eat anything else for the rest of the day. But it's so good. Yes, a few times, the drink machine is out of a flavor, but they have 2 or just be patient till they refill the bag. I enjoy coming here. Don't forget about the Free salted peanuts.

One of the best fries I have ever had...I can't say the same for the burger though... It was squashed grease and cold....I guess that's the way you get food when you order online right outside the store...I didn't complaint because I wasn't in a good mood..I only ate the fries...it's very clean and organized inside the store...I'm not coming back...

Waited over 45 minutes just to not get my food . Ordered a plain bacon burger. The 15 people after me all received their order . When I asked for a refund, all I was given was an “im sorry”.

We went to this location about 45 minutes before they closed on a Monday night. The staff very clearly did not want anyone else coming in, and even poked at the customer after us asking 'you don't need to order do you?' To which said customer seemed really embarrassed. Overall the food was decent but they forgot the fries on our order and it took a long time to actually get our food. The price of the food doesn't match the quality in my opinion

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is always pleasant. It's the only place where the burgers are cooked well enough for a child to eat. My daughter particularly enjoys drawing pictures while waiting for the order to hang on the billboard. My husband loves to eat peanuts before meals. The ingredients are always fresh and the fries are plentiful. Excellent place to satisfy your cravings as a family.
