Ordered off Uber Eats and the burger was hot, fresh and appetizing. The fries were crispy and they were the best fries I’ve ever had at a five guys. Whoever made my food tonight needs a raise.

1 star off for the soggy, limp fries... but that's how they always are at 5G. Food is otherwise always fresh, hot and delicious. Quick, helpful, attentive service. Atmosphere is always demonstrably clean. Food is pricey: >$20 for cheeseburger, drink and small (overflowing) fries. Appreciate the gratis roasted peanuts.

Would be 5 stars but two of my 3 burgers were missing toppings. Great service and the food was delicious. Would have been better if they had remembered my mushrooms and A1.

Came around lunch time. It was busy but the food was fresh. They have really good milkshakes. My only complaints is that the food is really expensive. 3 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 shakes was $70. We did wait for about 30 minutes so by then the milkshakes were done! lol

I could have sworn I heard her say $10.74, so I gave a $20.75 expecting $10.01 change, instead I got $2.01. I couldn't believe the receipt.

A few soggy fries are okay but when all of my large Cajun fries are soggy to me it just means they weren't cooked enough. I understand you guys wait until I get there to drop my fries for my order. There's no point in rushing a product and giving to me when it's not fully cooked.
Basically just got a big bag of mashed potatoes. 🫠
I appreciate how the restaurant is consistent in quality across visits.

We order from here all the time and staff has changed recently. We ordered four burgers and large fries. Get home and the burgers are not numbered and made all wrong! It’s to far for me to come back 😫 never again!

Rebecca from this establishment is a very rude and ignorant employee, she goes by whatever rules that she wants to and does not run the store properly, she is very condescending and ignorant and I will never be recommending this story to anyone to try a burger people like her should not be at your front counter talking to people, she does not have people skills nor does she have common sense whoever is above this person from the Austell location please make sure Rebecca is never at the front desk taking orders for anyone thank you for your time but I would never be coming here again due to her personally🙏🏾
