The Honey Baked Ham Company

I have been trying to fix this issue for over a month with no call back or even an apology iv went into the store 2 times since to try to speak with someone who would care but instead I had my receipt taken with a promise to have someone call me back but still nothing.I have my own business as well as I have worked for over 15 yrs in the food industry the last 12 being general manager or regional manager and iv never been treated or seen anyone treated the way I have been. I am a very understanding person things happen but when they occur as a owner/ manager we fix it to the best of our abilities and move on in hopes to save a customer but i do not think this store cares about their customers i received a product that was not ok in any way it smelled off and I tried immediately to fix it but was just blown off. These products are to expensive to just throw away but at this point you can keep the money I don't want to do business with people like this.

Unfortunately, today after ordering a roasted turkey sandwich I was prepared a ham sandwich instead. I paid $15 for a sandwich a bag of chips and a drink I get all the way back to my work to eat my sandwich and it's a ham sandwich I was very disappointed. Very sad case of not listening to the customer. Attention customers please check your food before you walk out of the restaurant. I cannot stress that enough.

This location was completely horrible!!! Don't get me wrong i love HBH and was excited to have it for lunch. I ordered some salads and sandwiches. I left special instructions to place all meat an cheese on the side of salads, they didn't do it nor did they send salad dressing. The sandwiches were TERRIBLE!!! VERY dry stale bread and barely any meat on the sandwich. My sandwich came with ranch, no ranch was included and RANCH is in the name of the sandwich. VERY poor experience. Over $300 worth of food and i made EZCATER give me a full refund! Do better!!

I don't remember the lady's name. It was a black lady with grey locs who was very helpful. She went up and beyond to help me when my QR code was not working. They were able to locate my order, I was so appreciative

My husband and I visited this location and decided to dine in since he had a gift card from his employer. Andrew was very kind and attentive, even though there was a rush of customers just before we came in and it appeared he was training a new employee, Shameka (sp?).

We took our time ordering, because we are not used to ordering lunch from The Honey Baked Ham Company, mostly family meals to go. Andrew did not rush us or seem impatient, he actually explained the menu items and was rather patient. As we dined in, it seemed there had been a complaint just before we ordered, but Andrew maintained his composure and handled the issue professionally was able to serve the customers on site.

There was even an instance when a gentleman who appeared to be "down on his luck" that entered the store. We gave him our gift card since he was just sitting without anything to eat and there was still a balance remaining. The order he made was just a little bit over the amount on the card, and when my husband offered to pay the excess, Andrew paid the difference himself without judging or demeaning the customer.

We will definitely return to this location, just because we enjoyed the atmosphere along with the great meal.

My lunch experience at Honey Baked Ham in Austell was incredible! Foremost, the customer service was excellent. My cashier was Crystal and she went above and beyond to make my first experience at Honey Baked Ham a great one. She was very helpful with menu recommendations and even offered samples to help my selection process. And the food, amazing! I purchased the Garlic Herb Turkey & Cheddar Sliders and they were delicious and very flavorful. I also purchased the side of Mac & Cheese and I was surprised at how good it was. I sampled the Chicken Salad (that goes on sandwich) and Broccoli Bacon Bliss (side). Those items were also very good. So much so that I plan to go back tomorrow to purchase. I had no idea Honey Baked Ham sold much other than hams and turkeys. I highly recommend their deli options and especially the Austell location for their customer service!

Amazing experience. Wet sweet manager. I have stopped by twice now and grabbed a cobb salad no bacon, extra turkey. The food is delicious and A one service. Thank you guys sooo much!!!

Omg the women that worked there were so sweet. It was my first time in there, and one of the ladies made me a sandwich ( hot ham and cheese w a pickle) it was yummazing ! The store was clean.

I just got home from a mad dash to Honey Baked Ham in Austell, GA. Unsure, Pressed for time, I called the store to asked about hours finding out I only had a few minutes left until closing. Crystal, the GM there told me not to worry, she would give me until 6:40 PM to arrive. Making it with ten minutes to spare, I was treated like the store was just opening. There were no attitudes, no rushing, or rolled eyes, only great customer service. Crystal and the young woman at the register gave me all the help I needed. In a world where customer service is a thing we used to remember in the good old days; I was very happy and impressed by the excellent service I received. I was so thankful to Crystal I gave her a huge hug! I used to go the the HBH off Barrett Pkwy, but no more. The Austell location is my new go to location. Big thanks to Crystal and company for making feel like a valued customer!
