I come here often and I must say I truly enjoy it. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff are amazing, I like to try things and Tony heard what I was trying to explain and absolutely executed what I wanted! It was soo good I will be returning. Love this IHOP!

I will be coming back to this location. I am leaving 5 stars because I received good service. The workers introduced themselves to me well and gave me a great experience. All of the team went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be coming back because the food was great as well as the service. My omelette and hashbrowns was not greasy and the omelette was so light and well done. Everything in my breakfast came out really tasty and did not take long to wait at all. The team at IHOP at this East West Connector location had a rarity in their service that is hard to ever find. They really spent time with not only me, but the entire restaurant was pleased, which made the atmosphere feel even better. I always will remember eating here and it’s another gem about Georgia and the USA that should not be missed out on.

My sis and I went in for Breakfast. Once inside we were greeted by the hostess who was friendly and sat immediately. Our server Alexis came and took our order and our food came out very quickly. It was so well.

This Austell, Georgia IHOP has the best pancakes out of every sit-down restaurant that sells pancakes! I love their Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Pancakes, as does their Meat Lover's Omelet and Waffles. I would recommend this Georgia IHOP to anyone!

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to a staff member’s unprofessional and dismissive behavior. I politely asked that the order bag be stapled closed, as required for delivery orders. She refused, then offered to tape the bag instead. While I agreed to that alternative, the bag was only partially taped and remained open.
Per Uber delivery guidelines, all food bags and drinks are required to be fully sealed prior to being handed off to drivers. When I respectfully asked her to properly seal the bag to comply with these rules, she refused again, stated she was not going to seal it, and walked away. When I attempted to ask for her name, she avoided the request and left the area.
This interaction was unnecessary and discourteous, especially given that the request was reasonable and related to delivery safety and protocol. I hope management addresses staff training and accountability to ensure more professional and respectful service moving forward.

I love coming to IHOP in Austell I like to go there and see Ashley She’s a wonderful Manager She always gets the order perfect and very sweet person we forgot our change and she was running outside to give my husband the change . she is a very down-to-earth and Pleasant person to deal with. We’ve been coming for a minute now and I enjoy it because the food is very good. It’s like homemade pancake And it’s fresh so for everybody that Likes IHOP try their Philly steak sandwich or their steak omelette. It is smashing.😊

For anyone reading this please DO NOT come here close to closing. Very terrible service! I waited over an hour and 15 minutes to not receive any food. The restaurant was not busy. I got to the restaurant around 11pm and left very upset at 12:15am. The server, Andy was the only good thing that happened to this restaurant and another server who had short blonde hair. The biggest problem was the cooks. There were TWO of them and did not even bother cooking the food at all. They did not care and had AirPods in. Server kept asking for the food which led to a big argument. There were two other Hispanic customers also waiting the same time as us. At that point my husband and I left. IHOP needs to investigate this, go watch the cameras and PLEASE fire these damn cooks! No excuses, this is unacceptable!!!!!
