Came here after Church, (Lionheart church in austell, go check it out!) and we were served by tera she is an amazing server, just very attentive and made sure we had everything. The food was pretty good, no complaints.

Everything was great except the appearance of the restaurant...it was nasty...every table had stuff on it...trash and food was on the floor...we had to tell them about the restaurant before they did anything...they were just sitting around doing nothing but talking...they claim they just had a big crowd leave...but we sat on our car for 10-15 minutes before going in...what crowd??? The restaurant was empty...no reason why the waitresses could have started cleaning at least a section at a time... it's sad to see a restaurant like this in Austell Ga on East-West Conn 💀💀💀

I went up there last Monday and I believe the cook's name was Chris it was the best meal I've ever had at that IHOP in over 6 plus years the manager's name is Ashley amazing service amazing atmosphere the entire experience was absolutely amazing

Got a 2-2-2 2: 2 pancakes, 2eggs and 2 bacons with extra bacon but I switched my pancakes for Gluten Free pancakes. Randy the Mgr was soo nice and Derrick who took my order was quick, friendly and answered my questions about options. While I was waiting on my order I saw Randy help a customer find a pickup order that was in the wrong spot and difuse that upset customer calmly and with a smile. Great job!

The food was perfectly cooked. But the highlight was the service. Our server was Sakura and she was literally 100% perfect. Also the manager came around and asked everyone how things were and I heard him thanking many guests as they were leaving.
You can tell this place is well managed, but again it had to be hard to find servers like Sakira.

OUTSTANDING experience at IHOP! Our server, Destin, was absolute perfection! Friendly, attentive, and ensured our order was spot on! And the food... oh, the food! Whoever cooked our meal, you poured LOVE into every bite! Fluffy pancakes, savory eggs, and crispy bacon, and the omelette was cooked to perfection... everything was pure perfection! Can't wait to come back!
