I just got my food through Uber eats and my fries are old and all my food is cold and I ordered apple juice and got orange juice which I’m allergic too….i don’t want free food or a coupon. I need a refund

I decided to do a Thanksgiving Friday late lunch, and was not disappointed. Requested their great server, Tayah, & she remembered my previous visit's order, & it was better than ever!! The Chicken Fajita omelet with a side of yummy pancakes is gourmet heaven. It is loaded with grilled chicken bites, inside & out, with fire roasted poblano & red peppers, Cheddar cheese, & onions, served with little cups of sour cream & salsa on the side. You will need extra cups, the omelet is so big. Mr. Ernest is the Omelet Garu, ask for him, if you get an omelet. Tayah checked on me through out the meal, even brought a hot pot of fresh coffee to replace my initial pot! Randy and Tony have kept the " "bestest" servers ; which are now attracting regulars and families... I spoke to two, & they both loved this location & the caring friendly staff. Randy and Tony always come to say hello. I'll be back. They rate 10 stars!!!!

Came here by myself for breakfast on a rainy day and the server was so sweet. I really enjoyed my breakfast. The omelet was made perfectly and the French toast was good.

I accidentally placed my to-go order at the wrong location but the management team (Randy and Tony) at this location was absolutely amazing and didn't make me feel bad about my mistake...instead they went above and beyond to help me get it corrected by taking care of the incorrect order at the wrong location themselves and having their location quickly make me a replacement.
This is exactly why I come to this location (even though it's not my closest IHOP to my house) and will keep coming back here!! Funny how it ended up turning into an amazing experience, when it should have been horrible because of my own silly mistake... just such great customer service right here!!
