Current opinion: They must have new management because things were pretty good this time around. The food was good and the server was as sweet as the tea.Previous opinion: I've been to this location a few times, but these last three were horrible. From slow service to a cursing waitress to a ROACH. Never again will I frequent this location or any other.

Worst experience ever. This was the only location we went to and we will definitely never go again. Was seated at 8:50. No one came to our table within the first 15 minutes so a manager had to take our drink order. 3 waitresses walked past our table and no one showed concern until the manager came over. The manage had to come take our food order as well. Not one waitress came to our table the entire time. 40 minutes later, we still didn’t have our food. I spoke to the lead manager and she said “well your food is ready now so have a seat and we’ll bring it out to you.” We left at 9:30. No food. Only water.On top of that, everyone that was seated after us had their food and one table even had the time to eat and leave. And the lady sitting next to us had plastic in her waffle. Like her actually waffle that was prepared from the kitchen.Never go to this location unless you want piss poor service.

Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews! But today it is very necessary that I do! Let me say upon First, walking in I was greeted by a heavyset guy who was clearly the general manager, and he was super friendly and inviting I haven’t had that type of customer service in a long time! My server was excellent as well, very attentive, and the food was to perfection ! I’m not sure if they’re under new management or what but they’re doing a wonderful job. Keep up the good work! Everybody was super friendly the establishment was very clean and just from my observation, it appears that everyone was happy to be at work and that’s the goal when working in customer service! Thank you IHOP on East West connector for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!❤️❤️

I celebrated my birthday with a delicious breakfast and our waitress was the sweetest!
I don't usually like this place. But , this time. The food was excellent. And the service was awesome. The atmosphere is always comfortable and inviting. But who ever is the chef now. Did an outstanding job with the food. It actually came to me hot , presentable and tasty. I enjoyed it very much. The service was pure excellence. Because of the fact that I couldn't see the menu. Whoever was the server , sat at the table with me and read the menu to me. She also brought my food quickly and repeatedly came to my table asking if I was okay. That's the type of service that ensures tips. And I usually don't leave tips. But , this lady deserved every cent of it. She actually made me feel welcomed , comfortable and accommodated. I forget her name. But this was an excellent experience all around.
