Awful. Hostess acted like she didn't want to work there. No smile or greeting. Waited 10 minutes at my table to get service. No one ever came. It was not busy. We walked out. Don't waste your money until they get some people that want to work.Now I am more confused. You say you want to discuss but you sent me a link to FAQ's? There is nowhere to communicate with anyone. This is similar to the initial experience which as stated above was awful because no one is paying attention to the customer.

I see people complaining about this place, but my husband and I ordered this via doordash late at night after a long workday. These wings were so juicy and flavored perfectly. Major kudos! A perfect wind down Friday meal.

Food is extremely hit or miss. Whether I get a good amount of seasoning or sauce is a complete coin flip. They also rarely include the extra sauce I order.

Never again in my life. They jazz it up on Doordash cause what I got in this bag compared to the pictures I seen. A definite no and I had to stop myself from going up there and addressing the issue face to face. Super over cooked. To the point where the bone was brittle and breaking as I was eating. It tasted like fried chicken that had been fried before . Then my mf container. Everything was just thrown in. Wings weren't even coated it had sauce drizzled on. With my fries in a puddle of teriyaki sauce. Whoever run the kitchen. Ya moms a 0oooooo

Cedric took such wonderful care of us. Our meal was prepared exactly as we ordered and we enjoyed our dinner out. Great service. If I could have afforded it, I'd have tipped double. Cedric is fabulous.

I highly recommend calling before you go. This is the 3rd time I have been turned away. And mind you this is 26 minutes away from my house. As soon as we walked in we were told they have one server it will be 30-45 min wait, which I’m use to waiting to getting seated elsewhere as well, but the fact that they NEVER HAVE STAFF. The last time we stood there for 7min before we were greeted then were turned around they closed early because they were low staff, we were told only takeout since they were low staffed. It’s like why not just shet down, or let me wait don’t just be like “ oh no staff so” just tell me the wait.

Management came out with a sticky for a phone number 972-980-9917 - They were denying entry at the door and doing to-go-orders only that they couldn't keep up with. Staff issues - Management issues and Corporate Issues. Don't go here. '

The app would not let us check in but it said a 15-25 minute wait, but when we arrive the server said 35-45 minute wait time. It’s not worth it. We have to drive about 40 minutes to Chilis and it is not worth it anymore. Something has drastically changed because it has continually gone down hill.

first of all...the girl in the hall treated us as if we were going to ask for food...I would think she was asleep, then she told us that we would wait half an hour, to which she added an hour...I don't understand why They don't use the other tables, half the restaurant was empty...and a lot of people waiting to eat...there were also costumers who left just like me...too bad I really liked going to eat at this place...I don't think I am back...
