I come here often for wings but left disappointed tonight. I received my order and added a side of sweet potato fries I got less than a handful of sweet potato fries and was charged $4. I asked the young guy up front if that was it and he said we ran out… and I asked so you weren’t gonna tell me and still Charge me ? He shrugged and said sorry. Poor customer service

I had the pleasure of having lunch here. I got the chicken wings and fries combo with a soft drink. The food was made to order so it was hot & delicious. The staff was amazing & the restaurant was very clean!! Highly recommend!!

I used to LOVE JR Crickets so I was highly disappointed when I visited this location. I called in an order of wings and the young man that answered the phone appeared to be rushed. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was not ready and it was wrong. After 15 additional minutes, I finally received my order and it was TERRIBLE. The wings had so much SALT on them that I could not eat them. Their prices are TOO HIGH for nasty food.

I came here about 3 weeks ago and had the best experience (I normally go to the JR crickets on camp creek). I met the owner and manager. They were so sweet. The wings were not the best but decided to come back because I liked the service. Well today was a bad experience. The guy in the front taking the orders seem young and had no customer service. He was also the cook. I gave my order and he went to the back and put on 1 glove and was about to start cooking. I asked him was he going to wash his hands first. Dirt from your hands travels to the 1 glove. He took that 1 glove off and washed his hands. I drove home and started eating. I ate a couple of wings and didn't even realize that the wings are the same size as my pinky. I was on the phone talking and had not noticed. So I paid almost $16 for the smallest wings ever. I called and he just said "yeah are wings are small". Nothing else and the phone was just silent. I said hello and he said hello. I just hung up. I loved the owner and her manager the first time but I would definitely recommend asking them can you see what size wings they have before you purchase. The wings on campcreek are always on point. They need to ask who there supplier is.

Quality of food is very cheap. Overpriced for the quality of food you receive. They use cheap ingredients and nothing like the other jr cricket locations. Really disappointing after spending $60 on wings and burgers to find out that it tasted nothing like the other locations. I do not recommend this location. I don’t leave reviews but I had to leave one for this waste.

Honestly I've always gone to the one on South Cobb in Smyrna and I will never cheat on them again. The J.R. Crickets on Austell was horrible. Ordered two separate Oder of wings and chicken tenders. Wings are so tiny (pics below). I am not exaggerating whatsoever. Fries were soggy and were in the same foil as the greasy wings. Normally you separate the wings from the fries so the grease isn't mixed. The chicken tenders were the only decent thing and thats why I'm giving one star. I see reviews haven't been done in 3 years. So here is a recent update for those who check reviews prior to. Never again! Go to the Smyrna location if you want real size wings AND separate crispy fries.

Food was great the young lady at front told me my food was gonna be ready in 15 min I arrived and they had my food ready the young lady at front was polite and friendly I will definitely return again!?

Very friendly staff, the food was cooked just right, house made ranch was so delicious (which is a necessity for wings); just all around great service! Oh and the cookies are yummy ?

Beyond the lackluster appearance, the taste of these wings was equally disheartening. The meat remained pink and rubbery, resembling more of a science experiment gone wrong than a delectable dish. It was an assault on my taste buds, as the uncooked flesh emitted a peculiar, unpleasant odor that made me question its freshness. I couldn't help but wonder how such abysmal wings managed to leave the kitchen in the first place.
