It’s Saturday and the bartender couldn’t figure out how to change the TV channels. Big Ten football was on, even though there were plenty of SEC games available including my team. I would expect management to train staff on basic things like switching the TV before putting them on the floor. Disappointing experience.

This place is absolutely horrible. The food looks like something someone else tried to eat but threw away! And the lack of service and basic supplies is even worst. They don’t have napkins and the staff directs you across the street to another restaurant to get some. The staff also has no customer service experience at all; it’s as if they are there to stand around and ignore guest on purpose.

We went to eat at this restaurant located at Six Flags. The young lady who took my order overcharged me. I ordered a wing basket and a cheeseburger basket along with two bottles. She charged me for three wing baskets instead of one. The part that was really upsetting is that she was trying to tell me what I ordered like I don't know what I said. I know she didn't want to get in trouble because of the refund but at the end of the day I'm the customer and it's my money. Telling me what I ordered like I don't know is insane.

My friend and I tried 4 different cocktails from the menu with different liquors lol we didn’t feel any different in the slightest. We said “ouu this must be dangerous it might sneak up on us” The only that snuck up was how i realized I spent almost 100 on juice and got swindled. We even joked we could give it away to a kid in the park bc it’s kid friendly. I’m a lightweight one or two good drinks usually does it for me so yall gotta retrain the bartender Idk If they purposely make the drinks super weak so you can get more or what. If that’s the case she’s top notch lmao. She was really nice and checked in with us but yeah I could’ve got some new shoes or something

Wow there is no line in this place and I literally waited 24 min for a boneless wing basket. I sat back and watched the workers that have absolutely the worst customer service give one families food to the other few customers. This family waited 40 min and the manager in the black shirt has no clue what is going on as well as the cashiers. If you hate your job this bad then don't work there because the employees at the place can easily ruin a great day with your family. I would give zero stars if possible

I ordered the Muenster Mansion Burger , the first thing I found out they were out of tomatoes!! How is that possible!? They just opened the restaurant for the day, you can’t run out of something that easy!!! And then when I got my order, the fries were barely cooked! They were still hard! They could easily improve and offer a better service !!!

So I'm going to do a full review on this based on the fact that we did get multiple things from this location when we visited six flags over Georgia the food was actually relatively good that Mysterio was really nice and a nice area of the park right there kind of in the middle now service all over the building they have plastered that you can save time by ordering online do not fall for that whatsoever I spent more time waiting for my online order then the people who were standing in the long line to get food overall it was good food and side note never listen to the website on what time they close it said last night they were supposed to close at 8:00 I went there about 6:45 and the doors were locked all three of the cashiers that I had the privilege to talk to we're all very glum and spoke very quietly and allowed place where you can't really hear them if you do do the pre-order on the phone make sure you have a couple rides that you want to ride before you go pick up

They must have been short staffed on 10/28. The wait was an hour and a half to order. They ran out of burgers. The boneless wings was not enjoyable.

Took over 90 mins for a premade terrible meal. This entire park sucks. Half the places are closed, but still charge full price. The employees are all very friendly though despite all the customers complaining.
