I had been craving a sandwich for days, so I finally went in on Sunday 7/20. When I walked in, there was complete silence—no greeting, no acknowledgment from the staff. Eventually, a young man came out and spoke with me. He also called out to a lady several times to let her know she had a customer, but she never came to the front.

I ended up waiting over 3 minutes, only to see her standing on the phone with no intention of coming out to help. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. Very disappointing experience. I have a picture of her on her tapping on her phone but I'm going to keep it professional

On July 11, I purchased a sub for my partner from this restaurant around 2:11pm, around two hours after eating, my partner became very ill to the point of having to go to the hospital. Turns out he has food poisoning, this is day three. We have made sure to document everything and the department of health was contacted as well. I will NEVER support this establishment again. I am disgusted.

Staff and management are very unprofessional, and rude,I purchased two hot sandwiches, in which one was the incorrect sandwich that was ordered, the other found hair in it, when calling, and addressing the situation, was told to hold the receipt and will be refunded, time it was refund, the manager said she was not going to refund me, staff do not wear no hair nets while preparing food. I would never return back for my business.

Omg the best sandwich and service I've had in a long time, we had the Big Kahuna one in chicken and one with steak, no mushrooms, very cool to see them grill it up and make it to perfection, add your toppings, mayo etc and I'm truly impressed.

Was the only customer in the store but I was ignored. The 2 employees behind the counter was making pick up or delivery orders while I was standing there to place my order. I waited approximately 3-4 minutes and walked out.

Subway was, is no more soggy subs. Firehouse started cutting portions. Mike's are far superior, and what is even great about them is they cut the meat in slices with a meat cutter. Bang for your buck subs.

It was my first time trying This place, The customer service was good but honestly I didn't care for the sandwich I think it was the bread mostly, I got the Rosemary Bread it wasn't to fresh.. I'll give it one more try with just a regular Turkey sub with wheat bread

I moved out of the area for a few years and relocated back recently. I came to this location thinking that I would get the same level of service and food quality as before.l, well I was totally wrong!! The lady behind the counter was listening at my request and not to my request. She missed half of the ingredients and why was my veggie sandwich soggy when I got home is beyond me! Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Jersey Mike’s location ever again!!

I am adding to this review. The store nor corporate gives one damn about customer satisfaction! This review was put up over a week ago and I haven’t gotten a response from the store nor corporate after even letting them know! This customer no service on bad goods is utterly amazing!
