Jersey Mike's Subs

Was the only customer in the store but I was ignored. The 2 employees behind the counter was making pick up or delivery orders while I was standing there to place my order. I waited approximately 3-4 minutes and walked out.

Subway was, is no more soggy subs. Firehouse started cutting portions. Mike's are far superior, and what is even great about them is they cut the meat in slices with a meat cutter. Bang for your buck subs.

It was my first time trying This place, The customer service was good but honestly I didn't care for the sandwich I think it was the bread mostly, I got the Rosemary Bread it wasn't to fresh.. I'll give it one more try with just a regular Turkey sub with wheat bread

I moved out of the area for a few years and relocated back recently. I came to this location thinking that I would get the same level of service and food quality as before.l, well I was totally wrong!! The lady behind the counter was listening at my request and not to my request. She missed half of the ingredients and why was my veggie sandwich soggy when I got home is beyond me! Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Jersey Mike’s location ever again!!

I am adding to this review. The store nor corporate gives one damn about customer satisfaction! This review was put up over a week ago and I haven’t gotten a response from the store nor corporate after even letting them know! This customer no service on bad goods is utterly amazing!

I’ve been like 5 days in a row.?. All the staff is nice. They greet you when you walk in the store. The sandwiches are delicious. 4 starts because 2 out of the 5 days I went, the bread was a little hard but it wasn’t a big deal. I had the tuna sandwich.

They not only gave my sandwich to someone else but when they remade the sandwich they put oregano on it which I can't eat! So I'm out 10.00 dollars!

I went in to get food and an employee got upset when he realized "I was a man" and repeatedly kept telling me I was a man. Like so what if you think I'm a man, I just came here to eat. Please keep your opinions on your customers to yourself.

Obviously "there are very conflicting sides to this story". People just don't openly admit to doing things that might get them fired. You don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to know that, come on. It isn't appropriate for any employee to give an unsolicited lecture to a random customer on who they are. That's the bottom line.

The woman who waited on me couldn't speak English. Made it very hard to understand her. There was another woman who took over that was fantastic. She was polite, very efficient and hospital.
