Jimmy John's is a great restaurant - the service, the food (especially the bread), and it's always clean. But this particular location is the most unprofessional restaurant I've ever dealt with. The last time I was there I ordered a tuna sandwich and it should have been called an onion sandwich with a little bit of tuna. When I called back about it, I spoke with someone who said he was the manager and would replace the sandwich the next time I came in. About a week later, something told me to call ahead and when I did, I was told that if the person I spoke to didn't give me his name, then I was not promised a replacement. As if I would lie about a $9 sandwich. I have since stopped going to this location and I will never go there again. I called the corporate office to report it and they said they would reach out to this location and have them touch base with me to correct the issue. I never received that call and I called corporate back to let them know that I never heard from them but that it is okay.

I went to get 2 sandwiches and there was this tall light skinned guy who looked like he didn't even wanna work making them, terrible customer service and my sandwiches were wrong look like he never made a sandwich in his life.

If you like food you ordered but don't get, then this is your spot. Ordered #7 spicy Italian, didn't get the peppers or onions. Why have specialty numbers and you have to tell them everything on the specialty you want.

There was only one person in this place who was actually cordial and displayed customer service. The rest looked through me and my family as if it was an inconvenience we came to spend money. I asked one worker to repeat himself, and when he did, he did it even quieter the second time while also acting annoyed. Both my wife and mine sandwiches were incorrect, but we ate them anyway. We really enjoy the food here, but the service and atmosphere leave a lot to be desired and I hope Management takes a serious look and approach to properly training their staff to smile, speak up and clear and to focus on getting orders correct the first time.

I'm legitimately impressed. It took 32 minutes for me to make it through the drive through line. I ordered 2 sandwiches. The two cars in front of me both received 1 bag of food.

Revisited an old fav. When you've been stuck at the Firehouse trying to make it to the Subway just so you can get to Jersey, it's hard trying to recall what all the sub names are. This location made it fun to get reaquainted with the menu. My family & I enjoyed lunch at this location and plan to return. Cool environment with fresh food. You might even save some money here.

I ordered a combo online for pick up through the drive-through. In my order there was a sandwich, large sweet tea and potato salad.

When I got to the window, the young man gave me a large drink with no ice in it, and no potato salad in the bag. I caught that before leaving. When I got home, the tea was warm and not sweet…. I dumped it.

Why are people so disconnected. I’m not sure if they can’t read, can’t hear, don’t care, or are high.

I been loyal to the specific location and I did delivery today. My sandwich didn’t even look like a whole sandwich. It didn’t look cut in half but just ripped or someone ate it and then wrapped it. The cookie was old and hard. I was not able to eat and I wasted my hard earned money. I won’t be coming back.

Been there two times in a row now and they cannot get.my orders right. Struggle just to get anything except for what is exactly on the menu. They take the order and then do not do it.

You mess my sandwich up charged me for cheese I didn’t ask for and then gonna tell me that’s how the system works they can void the transaction remake the food AND CHARGE ME AGAIN? And then won’t give me the manager name AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME m? This time first time I’ve had an issue here and I won’t be back. If you care about your customer service and you hang up on me???! UNBELIEVABLE. They lied about the sandwich being cut as well. This customer service was the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at any Jimmy John’s! Crew currently working between 12-2pm on a Thursday April 25!

My sub had the remnants of two other subs all over it. I didn't order tuna, don't know why the outside of my sub is covered in it. Seems like they used a whole bottle of mustard and mayo. Disgusting. Inedible.
