The workers at this location are young, ignorant and have no sense of customer service. Very blatant NASTY ATTITUDES with the expectations of being PAID in return. As a mother of 6, I could train a dog to provide better service!!

Got the deep dish square pizza and a few other thing over 60$ worth of stuff! The deep dish was still like dough wasnt cut the toppings are pretty much raw called and was told to contact door dash since thats who delivered ummmmmm they arent the ones who cooked it!!!!! Very dissatisfied in this order and no help no one cared at all

The guy making the dough keeps pulling up his pants as he makes each dough, the lady making pizza walking all over the place going back and forth touching everything not washing hands or wearing gloves making everyone pizza, every pizza was contaminated. Who trained these people.

They don’t ever answer the phone. Walked in stood in line, called back to back 10 times, and they literally just ignore the phone. Laughing and giggling, and nobody cares to answer the phone. No one should be forced to wait for their orders to be ready when you can call in and have it made ahead of time. This is ridiculous

After calling the store 3 times I decided to make my way up to this location, upon walkin in I spot teens standing around on there phones as I express how irritating it was to call them back to back with no response I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and ask for the manager one of the females standing around on there phone happened to be a manager, I talked to her go goes back to make my pizza I hear teens in the back laughing as if my angry was keeping them going then when I finally get back to the car I open a box and discover hair Follicles in my pizza so I proceeded to check the other box to see if I need to return that one too and discover even more on the other pizza I walk back in the store to get my refund and go somewhere else the manager denied my refund request SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP THIS PLACE IS A DISEASE TO AUSTELL

Order was placed online pickup time was given I got to the store my pizza wasn't ready I was asked 4 times what the name was on the order still waiting on my pizza 30 minutes later they give me the order..this is ridiculous you pay online so you have to wait.people were coming in in droves and getting walk in orders and online orders all the while I'm waiting..NEVER AGAIN

Called repeatedly to place an order, got no answer. After arriving, and placing my order, there was no longer anywhere to sit so I could wait on my order. They have given my order to other people when I was not standing there the moment it came out of the oven...

My was placed at 633p ready for a 704p pickup.... The staff did not make my food, handed me 3 other customer orders, and then finally realized they never made my order. I had to wait 1hr and 26 mins for my food and I am super displeased with the lack of customer service
