Extremely rude staff. Extremely poor customer service. Extremely poor management. They don’t follow company guidelines. They don’t make certain items an hour before closing time. The kids are rude. Don’t bother getting the newest pizza puffs. According to the manager they don’t make them at night because they’re time consuming and the kids have school the next day. Wow! Is all that I can say. Just go to another location. Save your time.

I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza using the app and it took nearly an hour after the Tracking system showed my pizza was in the oven. The only reason I received my order is because I had to speak with the manager on duty. Granted they were busy. And, it was obvious that my order wasn't the only one giving the staff problems.Parking: I may never order again on a busy Friday night, because it wasn't worth it.

Told 15-20 min wait and never received food they forgot to make food twice. After asking twice. Then finally asked for refund. Workers were playing and throwing paper at each other ands not really helping. Really frustrating.Dietary restrictions: Diabetic low blood sugar at the moment and needed food. And something quick. And didn’t want soda or junk. Want something hot and ready.
The general manager Allison is rude, unprofessional and very low class. Unfortunately her poor example trickles down to all her employees and they all get attitudes and make faces at customers when they get behind or something is malfunctioning. If the et mess up your order you are on your own! Don’t expect anything but ghetto fabulous when you ask a question. Need a receipt? Maybe the machine will work maybe it won’t. If you ask to speak with a manager you’ll be greeted by Allison in filthy clothes and a personality to match. I guess they will put anyone in a GM role these days.

These people are absolutely ignorant and need to be fired I was trying to buy marinara sauce, and I was told I was to broke to do so… I’m absolutely blown away with this experience. It’s all been recorded and waiting on the general manger to call me back!
