Not sure how any restaurant shuts all the equipment down before there close time and refuses to cook anything for a customer but martins you suck
Been eating there since 2004
Parking: The drive-thru can have some length to it but it moves very quickly
Kid-friendliness: We have taken our children and grandchildren add great-grandchildren there
Wheelchair accessibility: Witnessed plenty of handicapped people

I think they recently changed the size of a large fry to what they used to call a small, which just feels like a cheap thing to do. Staff seem underpaid and overworked. The restaurant always seems gross behind the counter. Best biscuit in town though, so I still go.

I grab breakfast from martins multiple times a week. Today I came to this location (I will NEVERRRR be back) and ordered a large cheese grits. Repeated myself twice and when I got it I get ready to eat it and there’s no cheese. Ok so I go back and say I ordered cheese grits and there’s no cheese. The girl in the window who was pregnant says she rang up regular and I didn’t say cheese (mind you I was on the phone and the person on the phone even heard me say CHEESE both times). So this thin hair lady at the register makes it and this guy makes a comment about it not being a big deal. So he hands me the bag and the thin hair lady says I need to pay the difference for the cheese. Now had y’all rang it up correctly the 1st time I of course wouldn’t care, but seeing as I had to turn around because your drive thru person didn’t hear or put the order in correctly is crazy.
Then to top it off THE GRITS WERENT EVEN GOOD!! THEY WERE HARD LIKE THEY WERE UNDERCOOKED AND WATERY AS HELL!! I’ll never go back to this location!”

Martin's Restaurant is a hidden gem where "fresh taste best" isn't just a slogan—it's the heart and soul of every dish they serve. Let me tell you about my absolute favorite part of their menu: those heavenly biscuits. They're like little pillows of buttery perfection, so light and fluffy you could almost float away on a cloud of happiness. And the best part? You can load them up with all sorts of delicious toppings like crispy bacon, savory sausage, or tender ham. But my personal favorites are the chicken fried to crispy, golden-brown perfection or the southern fried steak patty that's moist and bursting with flavor. But wait, there's more! Martin's doesn't stop at biscuits. Their menu is a Southern comfort food dream come true, featuring mouthwatering dishes like the sirloin meal, juicy burgers that satisfy every craving, and of course, the classic Southern chili slaw dog that hits all the right spots. Just a heads-up though—Martin's charming atmosphere and amazing food come with a bit of a time limit. They're only open until 3:00 PM daily, so it's the perfect spot for a hearty breakfast or a leisurely lunch that'll leave you planning your next visit. In conclusion, Martin's Restaurant isn't just a place to eat; it's an experience. With their dedication to freshness and flavor, they've created a haven where every bite feels like a warm hug from the South. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Martin's is a must-visit for food that's as comforting as it is delicious.
Never opens on time as employees are routinely late. Drive through in the AM is extremely slow and worse when the older employee is there. This used to be a very nice place with reliable service but has deteriorated rapidly in 2024.

You would think at 5 dollars a biscuit you would get more than 2 pieces of bacon. Very disappointing

There is no good service at either of the martins in Austell. Bad service..rude employees 86 health score in the Austell Rd location. Not mention the place was a total wreck and nasty. Just close it!! They don’t get any better. I’m over Martins!
