Martin's Restaurant - Austell Veterans Memorial

If I could give negative stars I would. I decided to try Martin’s for the first time today at their morrow location, I pulled in at 9:07 and ordered by 9:10. I sat in the same spot at the drive thru until 9:39. This was unacceptable. No movement or anything. I’ll never be back. I would rather get diagnosed with terminal cancer than give this place another opportunity to gain my business. Go F*** yourselves.

You’ve got to be kidding me. I ordered eggs and bacon plate and this is all I get for $8.
Apparently this is a common theme for this restaurant, this is ridiculous!! I want my money back..

Ordered hashbrowns and got a bad full of grease spilled all over my clothes and left a stain.

Martin's is pretty consistent however on this day they gave us the wrong order they did not pay attention to what we wanted and we were the only people there at the time they made us wait outside while they prepared our food and when we got our food it wasn't what we ordered but we had waited so long we took it anyway very disappointed it was comparable to what we had ordered just not what we had to work

I think the worst part about martins is that they have the capability of making absolutely incredible food, but the wildly different standards of different management on a daily basis ruins it as a whole. You should never have to gamble your money on if the food is going to be up to standard. Sadly that's what you do when you pull into any martins that can't keep the same staff or manager for more than a month. Cold biscuits, flattened cold steak, and gravy so runny you'd mistake it for dirty dish water.

The drive thru usually has a long line, but moves pretty fast. My only dislike about this location is the entrance and exit. Both are on a steep hill. If you have a car that rides low, you may need to approach with an angle so you do not scrub the underneath of your car.

Parking: Plenty of spots, some are covered.

I will not eat at Martin's no more ever. Powder Springs= gravy biscuit tasted like dish wash liquid

They serve old food. Food looks and tastes like it was leftover from days before. Biscuits were extremely dry.

Food was not worth a food stamp in the words of Eazy-E took 20 minutes to get dry biscuits with soggy fried steak used to be a good place for a quick breakfast sandwich but oh how the standards have fallen maybe the management will see this review and help this location improve its standards

Saturday 7/13/24 @ 12:49:48 order #15. Worst experience ever. I asked for a drink with light ice and it comes back filled with ice. Little mgr dude SNATCHES the cup out of my hand and then says
To me he didn't mean to snatch it.

My order was short of my large cheesy grits which I had been charged $3.50 for so I had to drive back around and request my large grits which was never made for the original order cause I asked him why was I waitng for grits shouldn't they be prepared already? I get a serving of the most lumpiest grits ever made and he gives them to the cook to give to me. NEVER will I set foot or drive thru a Martins again and I will spread this story until I have no more breath in my body.

we really need a martins on south cobb drive somewhere between highland parkway and windy hill road we could use the better choices of breckfest and lunch that martins offers great food, a friendly staff and good place to sit down and eat and be able to enjoy your meal.

They need Martin's in every state and more in Georgia! Especially in Bremen or Buchanan!!! My daughter in law said bring Martin's to Maryland please!!

Parking: Like an old time car hop type parking under the awning.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals and a small picnic area.
