Everyone isn't homeless!!! I came to this location after visiting a friend who is currently in Wellstar hospital. The manager treated me like I was a homeless person. The manager!!!
I purchased a chicken meal that came up to $9.32!
However, before I left the building I had to use the restroom. This man (the manager!) came banging on the door! How rude!!
I will NEVER buy anything from here again!!! By the way, I am currently a Store manager and I would never treat my customers like he treated me!

The atmosphere is cold, dystopian, and dysfunctional. Before I even began ordering, I noticed every wall outlet and plug covered. Crumbs and trash from the last hour or more still lays strewn about every table, clarifying that not only do customers not understand where the trashcan is or how to clean up, neither do staff. The front counter remains mostly empty except for when an employee brings out food, then disappears again. Service is bare minimum.
At this point, your soul should understand what the food is going to look and likely taste like: Nothing great... Just the household name that everyone remembers but isn't really there at all and full of sugars to addict you into bringing you back. There's nothing refreshing about this particular place, other than it herds all the cows on the street.
I stop and get breakfast for my baby and I order hot cakes with sausage but got bacon than ordered chicken biscuit meal got down the street and no biscuit. Went bk and waste my time for work to go bk and u say I'm sorry I forgot like read please people have jobs to get to and not b late.

I'm just gonna hold back on any words that I have to say because I'm really irritated right now. Just know after all the waiting they still ended up not bringing any of the sauces even though multiple of my orders had chicken nuggets...... yes I may sound like a fat guy, but I'm not we all know the pain of ordering chicken nuggets and not getting sauce! And I get home and 1 order of nuggets is missing !

This location is not having their best day today. I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal. They have me a box that says 6 nuggets on the lid but it actually only had 4 nuggets. And there's no CO2 in the soda fountain

Just want to say this location is very horrible The customer service is not adequate and the employees are very rude well a certain employee was very rude stating that she could not give me a price of an item only because it would mess up her register to enter the item I needed the price for which is totally ridiculous this is why they only have three point some odd stars and people go to Chick-fil-A customer service is very horrible at this location I will still be following up with the district manager and to whomever else
