Yall gotta do better EVERYTIME I order I make sure to put the amount of sauce that I need if I put 2 ranch in expecting 2 ranch and for yall to only give one is crazy 🤦🏽♀️ I got a large fry and nuggets and I made sure to put in my order extra sauce I wanted this is truly upsetting

Every time I go to this McDonald's I have an issue with my order. Ordered a large big Mac combo this time through door dash and they sent it without the fries smh

We waited for awhile to get our food inside, no problem, but the food was cold when we finally got our food and it was freezing inside as well it made it very uncomfortable to eat.

I cannot even count how much money and time I have lost. Today I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese deluxe meal, Positive specifically because I wanted lettuce and tomato. Why do I have the regular quarter pounder with cheese?
They don’t answer the phone to speak with someone and complain so another two dollars wasted.

Always forgetting what goes to an order and always in a rush… Everytime I come and order I’m missing part of my meal and today I was served raw chicken nuggets and I ate one and didn’t realize it until I bit the second one I will be sending the picture into corporate. I’m also pregnant and raw chicken is not it. I made 2 trips up there to get the rest of my food just to come back home and see I have raw nuggets.
I placed my order here via Uber eats it arrived and I was very angry about what I received my fish sandwich was fried to hard and the burger was dry and the sprite was just a large seltzer water so I do want my money back for this order.

Ordered our every few months Big Mac fix. Sticker shock aside, the food was substandard. Bun was rubbery, and all condiments were in one spot. Won't go back to that location.

The food is good but the service and the management is the worst I have ever experienced. There is literally another one down the road on east west connector. Please take the couple extra minutes and go there if you are reading this and do not bother getting yourself potentially upset dealing with management at this location. Not only does one specific woman manager have attitude through the drive thru but the audacity to not even approach you and do her job when you walk into the store and she knows you’re upset. I would give a name but it was not given to me by other staff when asked.
