Moe's Southwest Grill

I’m writing this review because I’m disappointed with the recent trend of moe restaurants becoming stingy with their meat and rice.

I came here for a pick up order and the order was wrong. I let the staff know the order was incorrect and they remade the order with no problem and it only took 5 min or less. They were still able to manage the line of customers as well. Top tier service! Thank you!

2nd time in this location. The aroma alone when you walk in is enticing. Food taste great too. Service is excellent!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and the staff was friendly. All ingredients well stocked including the salsa bar which was clean and neat.

Go elsewhere. Staff seems bothered that you are there. Online orders are generally wrong. This is just a bad location. Moe's is usually pretty good.

This is one of my least favorite Moe’s locations for multiple reasons:

1. The chicken was dry
2. I asked for guac on my burrito and got the tiniest scoop known to man. The lady stated that I have to pay extra if I wanted another scoop.
3. The drink selection is small (compared to the other locations I’ve been to).
4. The utensil station was dirty.

I love Moe’s, this location was just a bad experience for me. I’d rather drive the extra few miles to go somewhere else.

Consistently get online orders wrong and then won’t answer the phone when trying to call and address it. We just left your store, we know you aren’t busy…

They speak little to no English. Asked for extra toppings and the server proceeded to ignore me.

I decided to give this Moe’s another shot after a bad experience last year, but honestly, nothing’s changed.

Last year, I went in to get two burrito bowls—one veggie and one chicken. It was a quiet Saturday afternoon, and the veggies (peppers and onions) looked dry, and there wasn’t much tofu. I asked if they could cook up some fresh veggies, and they flat-out refused, saying they’d have to wait until the current batch was almost gone. Since they had already made the chicken bowl, I paid and left, deciding I wouldn’t come back.

Fast forward to yesterday around 7:30 PM—I figured maybe today would be different. Nope! When I walked in, two male employees (probably in their mid-30s) were just standing there chatting and didn’t acknowledge me at all. There was also an older lady, but none of them stopped talking. I waited a minute then tried to get their attention by waving and saying, "Excuse me." The one with his arms and legs crossed said “I see you,” but didn’t move to help. I thought ‘WTF’ and just stared at him. was surprised at the rudeness and attitude. I just turned around and walked out. As I was leaving, It was clear they couldn’t care less about my business.

I’m done with this Moe’s. After this experience, I won’t be back, and I’ll definitely be telling people to avoid this location.

By the way, I went to Chipotle across the street, ordered my burrito bowl, and was back in my car in under 10 minutes. They know how to treat their customers.

They modify my Moe Monday reward and instead of being $7.99 came up to $9.99 why would they do that?
The food was fine and fresh, but the restroom floor was so slippery!

Every time I come to this location there is some sort of issue with the register/pos terminal. Workers are great, but gift cards never work and banked rewards from the Moe's app never work. Owner seems like a cheap scape, unwilling to upgrade from the cheap 2 iPads they use at the front.
