O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

My 92 year old Mom, Sister and female Cousin drove down from north Georgia for the day and my wife and I decided to go to O’Charley’s for lunch. We were delighted with the welcome from the hostess and were seated right away. Our server was so pleasant and attentive and the food was prepared and presented very well. We were all very pleased. This level of service speaks to the strength of leadership and the attention we received by the manager meant a lot to me and my family. I highly recommend this location!

Things have really gone down the drain at O'Charley's now and in the past few years! I understand the prices going up .they're extremely high everywhere but when the quality of the food and the amount of food go down, that does not balance out!! We got half a rib plate that should have been called barbecue bones with no meat! And a catfish dinner that should have been called catfish fingers Three Little fingers of catfish not fillets and could not even fill up the coleslaw cup it was about a quarter filled up. I would not have accepted this food if they brought it to the table if I had eaten inside! The good old days of O'Charley's is GONE, IF YOU CAN'T DO BETTER THAN THAT YOU MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THE DOORS!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

There's FREE Bingo every Thursday night at 8pm at the Bar. Really fun and friendly atmosphere too. The bartender Steph is top notch.

O'Charley's is a comfort food restaurant. It is quite and the wait staff was very nice.

The food is nothing short of frozen entrees heated up. I was kinda perplexed at the high prices for the little quality received. However, the service was spot on. I had never been to O'Charleys before, so I wanted to give it a shot. I saw all there is to see, and it will suffice. Not ever planning to go back. But the service was great!

Unfortunately, the prime rib was undercooked, the slaw was SPOILED, the broccoli was undercooked, the baked potato was barely done. $75 meal and we walked out hungry. We brought the spoiled slaw to the attention of the waiter who didn't seem to care. I do not expect to be served spoiled food at any restaurant. We will not be back.

We didn't have to wait long to be seated by the manager. Our server Justin was very attentive. We ordered spinach artichoke and fried dill pickles for the appetizer.

Main courses were cedar plank salmon with mashed sweet potatoes and fresh broccoli, chicken tenders with fries, lasagna and chicken bacon quesadilla.

Wonderful time last Sunday! Fresh rolls, perfect food. Bar service was slow for no reason at all, they had no one there. And our server while wonderful sorta wandered away toward the end when we wanted to order dessert to go and the bill.

Booked space for card playing and lunch.

Its O'Charley's so nothing else needs to be said, but the service was not good! After we were seated there was some confusion as to who our server would be so it took 20 minutes to get drinks ordered.....ball drop!

Love their chicken tenders and rolls. Service was great and margarita was as well.
