My family and I have eaten here 3 times in the last three months. It is located about a quarter of a mile from the Burn Center at the Wellstar Hospital for which we have driven over 100 miles each way to/from.The food is delicious, is very attractively displayed on the plate, and is very large portion sizes. There is a wide variety of items on the menu.The servers were always very friendly and polite. The general manager was super friendly, and checked on us to make sure that our mail was good, and that our service was great.What's my family find something they like on a menu, they tend to enjoy kidding again. We have enjoyed the chicken tender plate with sides, a delicious salad, and club sandwhich from there. We enjoyed the chicken tenders so much that we got them more than one time. Their specialty boom boom sauce and chipotle sauce is especially good with the tenders. One picture shows double fries. The hot, fresh rolls are amazing!One of the times we were there, we saw that they had a private area for large groups, whose group seemed to be having an excellent time and whose server appeared to be very attentive.We highly recommend this place.Parking: There is a private parking lot with plenty of spaces, including multiple spaces for handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu, and the restaurants appears to be kid friendly. However, each of the three times we were there was during lunch on a school day, so we did not see children present.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is flat and level, and is easily accessible for those in a wheelchair or using a walker.
I didn’t get her name but the woman who’s handling all of the to go orders is so friendly and helpful. She has such a nice spirit. And the food didn’t even take that long. I’ll come back and maybe try something else.

Once we arrived the hostess tried putting us in a booth that was filthy. We noticed acouple of workers sitting in boothson their phone and with clean silverware. One worker put his coat on the table with the clean silverware. Next we got our bread and it was raw in the middle. Food was OK. But the kicker of the night, i wanted to use my birthday coupon and i was being denied, the manager said the computer would allow it saying that my birthday was on the day or expired. I should've known it was going to be a problem because the waitress no fault of hers kept coming to me saying they couldn't find me in the system. I showed my license i eben showed her the o Charley's card and still nothing. The Manager was still arguing with me and afterwhile i said forget it check please. She then proceeded to say i caN g8ve it to you by overriding the system. I said fine and left. I will not be there again i will go the extra 15 minutes when i want o charleys

Don’t go here until they hire more servers. The host told my family it was a fifteen minute wait . We waited thirty minutes . To realize , they only had two servers . The bartender didn’t even want to serve us . Never returning back !
Had a sandwich and drink here. It was okay. Not great. But filling and average tasting. Actually could've made it better at home. Always wanted to try it the last 4 years I lived here. Finally did. And ehh. But the service was pretty good. Don't usually leave tips. But I did this time. She deserved it. The atmosphere was good too. Stephanie & Robin 2 of the BEST. They always have such a pleasant attitude and make sure the customers are HAPPY. Whenever we go dine at this location the bar section is the place to sit where they are.This location does BINGO on THURSDAY nights. Lots of fun and interactive. Stephanie usually host and she does a GREAT JOB and she make sure all are satisfied with their food and drinks all at the same time while calling bingo numbers. She does not miss a beat. Bingo has been a hit and I would definitely like to see it hang around a while. Plus seem Bingo has increased the business!!TRIVIA is not fun or interactive and quite BORING!!
