Okinawa Steak & Sushi - Austell

The best sushi in Atlanta! This place has top notch sushi. Came here for a Daddy and Daughter lunch date. Ordered the delicious Austell roll. Mmm. Spicy salmon roll was perfect. The sleeper was the Crunch Roll which was ridiculous. There was only one server at the time, but she did her best. Overall a wonderful experience.

First time here, nice ambiance and clean restrooms. The salad with ginger dressing was pretty good, it appeared that it was a lot of water in the bowl for whatever reason. Had the hibachi shrimp which was good. Not the best I’ve had but not a bad alternative. Really good service.

Whooweeee I am stuffed. I ate everything. I cannot rate the service or atmosphere because we ordered take out. But at truck drivers this will be our go to when we come back to the area. We got their soup and filet mignon with chicken and shrimp with fried rice and vegetables. steamed pot stickers and edemome. Omg so good, steak was cooked perfectly. The shrimp was perfect it had snap and it was clean. I do not eat shrimp unless my husband cooks it, this restaurant knows what they are doing when it comes to shrimp. This restaurant is definitely a must try.

I order takeout here all the time and leave tips. Didn’t leave one today. The guy that gave me the food didn’t say a word to me even when I said thank you. On top of that, the sushi I get which is my norm was very spicy.. which it isn’t supposed to be and I’m pregnant. Will probably be my last time!!

Horrible!!! I ordered the massaman curry & bulgogi bowl & roll. I’ve eaten a lot of curry in my time, but I’ve never had a dry curry… DRRRRRRRRRY. No flavor…. The bulgogi bowl was dry as well, had some flavor, but definitely wasn’t bulgogi. Find another Asian spot.

Let me start by saying this is the worst hibachi restaurant I've ever eat from. I order three meals that totaled up to 62.00 to go and it didn't even come with salads and broth. The food was not hibachi, it was just cut up chicken breast and steak. Not seasoned or nothing. This was a huge disappointment. Also my wife order the house sushi and even it was nasty. From here on I will travel all the way to peachtree city to kobe Japanese hibachi sushi restaurant for our food. The experience and food ,and service is second to none. We will have to be more selectful when it comes to picking restaurant out here in austell/eastwest conn area from now on. Just moved out here in September. Pray for us.

I allowed my daughter to pick which restaurant she wanted to eat at for her birthday based on a Google search, and this is what she chose. We stopped in prior to see it in person and confirm they could accommodate our party. From the very beginning, the staff was very kind and helpful. They allowed us to have minor decorations and desserts. Our server, Kyra, was absolutely amazing. She had great knowledge of the menu, excellent communication skills, and prompt and thorough service with grace and a smile the entire time. The staff was hands-on, assisting with delivery of the food items to ensure freshness as well as removing dishes upon completion. The food was hot, and everyone was pleased with their selections. Clean, well lit establishment, including the restrooms. The whole experience was very impressive and appreciated. Thank you for making my daughters night enjoyable!

This is definitely a go to for our family. It's not your traditional hibachi place with the fire and you sitting with strangers having your food spread out. They have the most diverse staff I've ever seen in a hibachi restaurant and their service is great as well as the food. It's the perfect spot if you have a taste for some good hibachi but don't want all the extra things that come with it. Everything we had was awesome from appetizers to, hibachi, fried rice, veggies, down to the ginger & yum yum sauce. It's like a little Hit and gym tucked away. Not rushy and crowded either, it's a nice ambience.
