The hibachi dinner was okay but the temperature of the food was lukewarm.
Then my wife found a piece of hair in her salad wich was a complete turn off.

Had the chicken teriyaki bowl, shrimp tempura roll and submarine roll. Lots of flavor, served hot, fast service. The best part of the meal was the fantastic waitress, Genecia.

Tucked away in a corner of Austell sits Okinawa Steak and Sushi! The ambiance is clean, modern and inviting. My daughter the sushi lover had a spicy crab roll which she said was perfection! I had a decided to get the Steak Hibachi and it didn’t disappoint! The steak was flavorful and cooked to perfection, the veggies with the sesame seeds were so delicious and not overcooked .

I worked at Okinawa Hibachi as a server and overall, it was a pretty good job. When I needed more hours, they gave them to me. The team was chill, and I was allowed to use my phone for emergencies. They had WiFi for both guests and employees, and they gave out discounted food on the days I worked, which was a nice perk. Employee meals were offered every shift too—even though I couldn’t have them because of my egg allergy, I appreciated that they were offered. As a Black woman, I also felt comfortable working there. Most of the staff were people of color, and I never experienced any racism. All in all, it was a solid experience.
P.s. If you want the best roll on the menu, get the Chili Salmon is the best!! 😊

The best sushi in Atlanta! This place has top notch sushi. Came here for a Daddy and Daughter lunch date. Ordered the delicious Austell roll. Mmm. Spicy salmon roll was perfect. The sleeper was the Crunch Roll which was ridiculous. There was only one server at the time, but she did her best. Overall a wonderful experience.

First time here, nice ambiance and clean restrooms. The salad with ginger dressing was pretty good, it appeared that it was a lot of water in the bowl for whatever reason. Had the hibachi shrimp which was good. Not the best I’ve had but not a bad alternative. Really good service.

Whooweeee I am stuffed. I ate everything. I cannot rate the service or atmosphere because we ordered take out. But at truck drivers this will be our go to when we come back to the area. We got their soup and filet mignon with chicken and shrimp with fried rice and vegetables. steamed pot stickers and edemome. Omg so good, steak was cooked perfectly. The shrimp was perfect it had snap and it was clean. I do not eat shrimp unless my husband cooks it, this restaurant knows what they are doing when it comes to shrimp. This restaurant is definitely a must try.

I order takeout here all the time and leave tips. Didn’t leave one today. The guy that gave me the food didn’t say a word to me even when I said thank you. On top of that, the sushi I get which is my norm was very spicy.. which it isn’t supposed to be and I’m pregnant. Will probably be my last time!!
