The worst thing is the service was so rushed and they wanted me to pay before I got my food ! I was not offered desert and my meal wasn’t good the portions were small the sauce was very little and I asked for more but never got it ! Didn’t even bother to offer me mints just slap the food down and run away. Had to flag my server down I never got an opportunity to speak with a manager. Totally unacceptable service for lunch . I will not be back !

This is a newly built restaurant. It came into a market that already had an outstanding Italian restaurant. You would do better going to the other as the food there has larger portions and better taste. As for this restaurant the food is okay for a corporate production food line. The dining room is nice. The service was good and attentive.

I waited 30 minutes and past pickup time for to go order. It was the worse meal ever. I didn’t get any utensils, food was missing, and no condiments.

Togo Order- Food took 15 minutes longer than the time given to come out. However, it was excellent in temperature, taste and portions! Shrimp Alfredo😋

I hate to give a bad review bc I know good people who work here. But my visit was mediocre at best. The server seemed really new, and my pasta came out very undercooked. Not al dente, but more like it needed at least another five minutes. On top of that the food was really slow out of the kitchen. The staff was all very nice, and the restaurant was clean, but it was a bit disappointing.

DO NOT DO TAKEOUT. The portions are tiny, sauce for spaghetti was watery and bread sticks were hard as a rock!

The bartender was an excellent professional. Warmth and caring about details. And went ahead our needs. She served us separate plates before we asked for another dish plate. She knew before hand the carry boxes and after asking she did it for us! My husband and I had a wonderful time, thanks to her.

A Five-Star Experience Thanks to Leyla!

We recently dined at the Olive Garden on the East-West Connector and had an absolutely fantastic experience, all thanks to our incredible waitress, Leyla.
From the moment we were seated, Leyla provided great service with a genuine, constant smile. She was not only highly attentive to our needs but also went above and beyond to be helpful with our orders and any requests we had. She checked in at all the right times and made sure our endless salad and breadsticks were truly endless!
If you are planning a visit to this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Leyla. She is a rockstar server and a huge asset to this team. We highly recommend her! Kudos to you, Leyla!

I was greeted nicely by the host and seated quickly — the hostess was polite and the place was not full at all. Plenty of open tables, a few big family ones empty too. The parking lot looks packed, but that’s because it’s shared with Longhorn, not because this restaurant was actually busy.
The problem was the server. I sat there for 20 minutes without exaggerating before he even came over. When he finally did, he greeted us and asked if everything was OK. I didn’t want to answer because I was already upset, and the person with me said, “He’s mad because you took too long.” That’s when the server gave his bogus excuse — “I have three tables.” I could see the restaurant with my own eyes, and it was nowhere near packed. That excuse made me even more frustrated.
At that point I decided to leave. The server acted nonchalant about it, didn’t apologize, and snatched the menus like it was nothing. No care, no respect.
All I can say is good luck getting a drink order here if this is the level of service they think is acceptable.
