When I arrived it was so disorganized. I was waiting to check in at the host stand and people that were coming in after me were being checked in before me. They had no list going on. They from the website “waitlist” said there was no wait time, yet we ended up waiting about 30 minutes which would have been fine had the staff communicated. After finally getting seated our booth was so dark. The first round of chicken and gnocchi that came out was cold and very thick, not soupy at all. As if it was sitting out for a while. The second round was still much more thick than it usually is, but was at least warm. The stuffed ziti frita usually comes with two sauces (the marinara and I believe Alfredo) and we only received the marinara. When I asked the server for it, she acted like it only came with the one so she finally asked the kitchen and came back with it. For our entree we got simple chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It was so flavorless, I added more salt than I care to admit and even that didn’t help. The only thing I enjoyed was my mint chocolate after. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Overall, it was a regrettable experience. They were much better when they first opened. Our server was pretty nice though.

Dropped a star because hubby wanted spaghetti and meatballs and they were out of meatballs. What they did have to choose from was good when it came to the table, but it wasn't what he wanted. The server was quick to advise and offer options, he knew the menu well.

To go orders take too long and there isn't any sort of acknowledgement from staff about the issue.

I did a take out order. Sat in my car while I ordered. Went in 10 minutes after the time I was given only for my food to be sitting on the bottom shelf. Customer service wasn't great. I won't be eating at this location again. 1st time was great, 2nd & 3rd never again.

The best appetizers are the mozzarella sticks and my favorite dish is the gnocchi soup.

It's Olive Garden, pretty consistent. Food was great, service was great, but the restaurant was a little dirty. Just needed tidied up a bit.

The worst thing is the service was so rushed and they wanted me to pay before I got my food ! I was not offered desert and my meal wasn’t good the portions were small the sauce was very little and I asked for more but never got it ! Didn’t even bother to offer me mints just slap the food down and run away. Had to flag my server down I never got an opportunity to speak with a manager. Totally unacceptable service for lunch . I will not be back !

This is a newly built restaurant. It came into a market that already had an outstanding Italian restaurant. You would do better going to the other as the food there has larger portions and better taste. As for this restaurant the food is okay for a corporate production food line. The dining room is nice. The service was good and attentive.

I waited 30 minutes and past pickup time for to go order. It was the worse meal ever. I didn’t get any utensils, food was missing, and no condiments.
