Absolutely pitiful. Not only did the workers have attitudes, but THIS was what $13 got me?? No bacon on my sandwich as requested and this disgusting puny egg.

I went to this location for the first time in years. Ordered through the app and picked up the food. Got home and the Greek salad had wilted lettuce and cucumbers! I had to throw all of the cucumbers away! I called and spoke with a manager and she said that the veggies should not have been wilted. I said ma’am, I have no reason to call the restaurant after reaching home about the quality of this food! Instead of offering to replace the salad and offer an apology, she said to bring the salad back for them to see it and they will replace it. Who in the hell is going to go back to this low star restaurant to bring a salad back for it to be investigated?! That’s okay Panera, I haven’t been to your restaurant but a few times years ago and I will continue that same process to never to return in the future! I didn’t get the manager’s name, however, she was there around 7PM on August 28, 2025.

The asigo bagels are TERRIBLE now! They used to have a nice amount of crispy cheese on top but not any more. There are a couple of shreads on top, they are very dry, and they have no taste of cheese at all. I called and they said that the company made this change. You might as well buy a plain bagel!

Food is always pretty decent Normal Panera food. However, this location in particular has really loud music compared to the other Paneras in the area And it’s very difficult to focus. I asked them to turn it down one time as respectfully as possible. I think the music got even louder lol. I’ll go to the other locations to work.

Karina is an amazing associate and the reason why I will enjoy going back to this place. Her patience was above and beyond and the best I’ve experienced from this location period. Corporate please understand the person you guys have . Customer service is a lost cause but with Karina at your location she’s shown me something different that all of us customers coming to pay for a meal deserve. Promote her!!!

Broccoli cheddar bowl. They didn't put the baguette in the bag as usual. It's kinda why some of us buy the soup there at $11.79. But the employees don't really seem to care...

All staff was very rude when asked to do a split payment. the manager i assume, mocked me for asking. and wouldn’t even allow us to do a SIMPLE split payment. would not recommend ANYONE to this location. absolutely terrible customer service.
