The little light bright girl at the front taking orders, her customer service is terrible. Put her in the back, so people want have to deal with her poor customer service.

My last straw with this place was today. I’ve had issues in the past, and for one I got $ off a future order. Wasn’t able to apply it online, so that was wasted. Unfortunately Panera, which I used to love, has discontinued some of the products I liked: the flatbread pizzas and the vanilla cream coffee. They are often out of pickled onions for salads and today I found out that the seasonal squash soup isn’t available at this location, although I’ve ordered here in the past. I ordered a salad today to pickup on my lunch break and asked for utensils. I usually use my own utensils, but today was on the road. When I don’t ask for them, I get them anyway. Today I went to eat my salad and saw I was given a spoon. So now I’m hungry and can’t eat my lunch. But hey, I did get a stale piece of bread to feed to the birds later!

This is the soda machine. Full of mold. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. East West connector Panera. I wonder what the rest of the kitchen looks like. This is the worst managed Panera and it's always subpar service as well. Paying 3.91 after tax for a soda and this is what I see

Good Panera location. The food was good and came out pretty quickly. If you're dinning in, use the order screen. I noticed the employees don't hang around the register to take orders. Once you g we t your order n, it does come out relatively quickly. Overall a good location and a good experience
I ordered my lunch for delivery and I got the wrong order. I’m allergic to tomatoes or I would have eaten it but at least I had my cup of soup.

This used to be a good location. Not sure if they got new management or what but now the restaurant is a dump and they hire nothing but lazy employees, their smoothie machine is “always broken” now. Which we all know is a lie. They just don’t ever want to clean

Atmosphere was not very clean. The carpet was dusty & dirty. The table outside was rickity/ not leveled. Took me yelling to the back several times to get a cashier to come to the register to take my order. The tortilla chips they spinkle on top of the soup were stale.
