Ordered 2 pies online. Got to restaurant, because it said it was ready. Nope. The lady working decided she could just clear orders off screen, without them being cooked, because it was too busy... that's what she was complaining about. So me and 9 others are waiting. 5 of the 9 just left without food.

Omg OMG OMG I love I love the Chipotle honey or it's called Honey Chipotle wings at Papa John's absolutely delicious! However, they've changed something in their crust. It's not the way it used to taste. I don't really care for it and probably we'll just go back to ordering someplace else

It's American Pizza. Loaded with gobs of stuff. Too much smothers all the individual ingredients. Enough with the bread, already. The pizza, the sides, the desserts...all bread. Paying mostly for Flour and water. Ridiculous

Ordered a pizza through the app. Store just never delivered pizza, and wouldn't pick up the phone when I called.
Spoke with them over the phone to place an order because our gift card was not working online and they were not able to split up the payments between the gift card and credit card over the phone so they said to come in person to pay and then once we come into the store they say they do not take gift cards in store very poor communication, was a waste of money! Staff has very poor communication!

The man who made the pizza was extremely unclean and had his clothing literally all over the food. His shirt was on top of the pizza while he was making it. He proceeded to go ahead and place it in the oven. He collected money, touched multiple items, and scratched in his hair while making the food. He didn’t wear gloves, nor did he wash his hands. I was here for about 20-30 minutes waiting. I will NEVER BE BACK! This is disgraceful and unacceptable behavior for any restaurant.

The lady with Dreds had no gloves on touching meat cheese and everything else with nothing on her dirty hands! Pizza only had sauce around the edges the middle was dry!! The worst papa John’s pizza I ever had! Will never go to this location again!

The guy who gave us our pizza when we picked up had his mouth full of food. When he talked, food came flying out of his mouth.
The pizza was not cut all the way through, and was for a birthday party. Very annoying trying to pull apart without destroying it for the kids.
As always, not nearly enough cheese. I don’t know why I ever give Papa John’s more chances. Each time I say is the last time
