We've been waiting for 2 hours for a large cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. I'm trying not to cancel because the Doordash person is waiting. I was told they were short staffed which I get and was told my pizza was in the oven but they couldn't provide a time frame that it would be done. If it wasn't a dasher I would cancel the order. The young lady was rude and short when I called.

Thieves! They think by stealing from people’s accounts will make them wealthy. I cancelled an order a minute after I ordered. And they claimed they had started working on it. So therefore they won’t issue a refund. It’s bad for you that you stole from someone like me. You might go free with others and not with me.

Today was my first time EVER ordering a pizza from here. The Works with the garlic stuffed crust that they highly advertise on their website. I placed the order at 4:45 to be picked up by 6:15. I get there at 6:30. The pizza is nowhere to be found. The very young girl says very nonchalantly, "it's gonna be a minute. They have to make it". One and done!! Never again Papa John's. Service to these places now is HORRIBLE!!!!!

I usually get good pizzas from them, but today I order a stuff crust pizza...and guess what the crust is not stuffed because they playing around and I had to wait prior to get the messed up pizza.

Don’t waste your time and money go to this place, I placed an order it said ready by 8:08pm to 8:18pm. Show up the cashier said not ready wait about 10 mins. I waited another 20 mins and papa track said my order was ready. Come in and the guy said your order wasn’t ready. I showed him my papa track also what he told me . He said I have to wait extra 15-20 mins or cancel. So horrible experience.
