This store is a joke. Every time they deliver with door dash you can expect cold late pizza. They don't care. I get they don't control Door Dash, but when they deliver, Door Dash is Pizza Hut. They need to stop stacking orders with Door Dash.

I went here with my sister and ordered two pizzas. Both pizzas were charged for larges when we only ordered and received mediums. When my sister picked up the pizza everything minus the chicken sausage was incorrect. When she asked for it to be corrected the general manager turned her away stating he didn’t charge us for those items. When I went in the GM immediately had an attitude stating “here she is again”. I sat the pizzas down and pointed out what was incorrect and asked how much it would cost to fix. Instead of telling me the cost he stated I needed “leave come back without an attitude and to put a smile on my face”. I have been as polite as possible at this point and requested a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Pizza sauce is supposed to be included on the pizza. This is the 2nd time we have ordered and the pizza was bread and cheese. There needs to be more sauce even for normal sauce. Sometimes for extra sauce they drown it in sauce. Not sure what is going g on with this location. The pizza used to be so good every time.

Ordered on the app and it said delivery would be between 6:34 and 6:44 . Well never received it in that time . Called the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes before our food finally showed up at 7:20 pm . Pizza was cold and had not much sauce on it . Should have looked at the reviews before i ordered. Wont be ordering from here again.

App said it arrived at 9:18pm , was never delivered , called the store she said that I should give it 5 or 10 minutes and then call her back if it’s not delivered. Never showed . Called the store back no answer , just kept getting the automated service , got transferred by costumer service to store still no answer . & still no pizza .

Took my order 15 minutes before they close at 12am took me it'll be delivered within 30 minutes so I'm waiting get a confirmation texts and everything about my delivery order that it's on the way shortly then at about 12am I get a call from one of the employees there saying that they shut down the ovens at 1130pm and that my food is not coming. SMH
