Found a hair in my fries.

Food just wasn’t good. They always have to cook the pieces that I like. And my order is always wrong. I sit there I verify order is right.

me and my girlfriend put an online order in. and we came when it told us to. the lady at the window told us to pull up and said we didn’t start it yet. Waited for about 20 minutes and we go inside to see what’s up. our food was there waiting the whole time. awful awful customer service. and they forgot some of our food. this chicken cold now. don’t go here

I appreciate this location very much. Popeyes doesn't have Chik fil-a type service, but that food is oh so good. It's fresh, hot and the portions are right on. I've been to other locations that skimp on the side dishes, but this location makes sure you leave satisfied. I appreciate the food you serve and the way you serve it. A warmer welcome would always be nice, but the food is the real star here. Thank you for all you do.

Went there tonight the lady at the drive-through could not hear me because the people in the background was so loud. I wanted to buy two 10 piece. She said I cannot buy it because I didn’t have a coupon and the people in the walkers need to be quiet. You can’t even hear.

Online it shows that they are open till 11. In reality, they are open till whenever they want to leave. Usually around or before 9. 3 times I have set in the drive thru waiting to give my order, just to have the lights cut off on me. No explanation that they have closed, ran out of chicken or anything. When I've pulled up to the windows to ask what is going on, they hide our just flat out ignore me. The times I do get to order, they usually tell me they don't have an item after I have paid and sat in line for a lengthy amount of time. One time, they handed me a whole bunch of chicken and sides and told me the register was down, just take it. For free! This location is the worst!!

This is the second time I went to this location and get a family meal through the drive thru and they forgets my biscuits...get home call the restaurant to inform them of my biscuits not bring in the bag...the manager gonna question me and say are you sure...like why would I call for some biscuits. So I drove all the way back for the biscuits, but the staff seem to not care about the inconvenience of me as a customer having to come back waste gas and now my food cold. So I ask for a refund, manager still nonchalant gives me a refund....no sorry, let me fix the situation to make you come back or nothing. PLEASE STOP HIRING PEOPLE WHO REALLY CAN CARELESS ABOUT THEIR JOB OR THE CUSTOMERS...THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE FAST FOOD CHAINS...ITS YOUR STAFF AND MANAGMENT!!!!!!
