I don’t ever post reviews but if you want change within community then we have to speak up. Me and everyone I know who has visited this location has had a terrible experience. The workers are very rude, you’re treated like an inconvenience, the wait is always so long and it’s clear that nobody inside wants to be there. It takes alot for me to say something but it’s been this way for far too long. Please management provide customer interaction and service training. Idk what’s it called but it’s needed, very unprofessional location and makes company look bad. Maybe a wage increase to boost morale or incentives for workers to be more polite/nice with customers. Let’s make the location great for everyone. Right now unfortunately it’s not.

There was only one time I came by location that even though experience was still not good, a girl named Joy had a positive interaction.

What is wrong with this location? The employees act very unprofessional and if you want to order chicken you have to wait 15 minutes for them to cook it I've never heard such a thing how do they stay in business? I refuse to wait 15 minutes for my chicken every time I go there

I was experiencing a long wait time and the manager on duty (Joy) realized that, and really showed great customer service and interaction. I really appreciated her acknowledging me and my wings were fresh and hot!

Absolutely HATE this location! I waited 45 minutes for a cold 5pcs tender w Mac & cheese. EVERYTIME I come to this Popeyes I’m waiting for 30-45 minutes up to an hour!! FOR ALREADY PAID FOOR! & then I expect my food to be hot because it took so long, NO! My food is cold! &my order is NEVER right!!!!! I ask for spicy chicken, I get regular. I ask for a large drink I get a medium. Absolutely do not recommend. They will pull cars into the parking lot to avoid their time going over in their screens! They don’t take orders after 10:15 because they close at 11. Can’t wait until they shut this location down & put up something else. No way I waited 45 minutes for COLD chicken tenders & COLD Mac & cheese. & I stay all of 2 minutes away. Smh. NEVER AGAIN

there is literally no traffic or people ordering but somehow ended up waiting more than 40 minutes just for a simple order. I would understand if the store was busy but there is literally no one and the employees dont even communicate with the customer. I am never coming back when there are plenty of options near by.

The guy making the sandwiches will touch everything in a 5 mile radius and never change his gloves.

I went through the drive through today and ordered a three piece chicken. I drove home and I opened the box and discovered five biscuits and an order of mashed potatoes. How can anything like that happen? Are there any quality control systems in place. This is totally unacceptable. I tried calling the store but just as I suspected, no one answered the phone. I’m a very unhappy customer.

At this location their food is always fresh but however their service is very unpleasant. No consideration at all. I waited almost an hour for two chicken wraps and ultimately I ended up getting a refund for it. I didn’t receive a sorry for wait or anything. Everytime I come here I always have to pull-up and wait for “fast” food. It’s terrible.
