It has been awhile since I have visited Red Lobster. I must say that it exceeded my expectations. Had questions regarding the new items. My server was Journee. She was knowledgeable and helpful! Would definitely visit again.

Went there with my family on a Sunday at 730p. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and actually empty, yet we received our food at 835p. The drinks were subpar at best. It tasted like juice when the menu mentioned top shelf. Food was good. No fault to our nice waitress as she did the best she could. However, the service was much lower than we expected given the minimal amount of customers that were present. Maybe they are understaffed or their chef was having a slow day, but we won’t be coming back to the red lobster ant east west connector again.

My experience was not good because of the quality of my food. The fried flounder was too hard, the broccoli was overcooked, mushy and the clam chowder had no seasoning. This Red Lobster experience will cause me to re-think visiting Red Lobster. Maybe they should just serve biscuits, they are excellent.
