We had a wonderful experience dining at Red Lobster yesterday for lunch. We were greeted by the hostess with a warm welcome as soon as we arrived, and she promptly escorted us to our table.Charity was our server and she was wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, offering a variety of suggestions for appetizers. She seemed to have a knack for anticipating our needs. Throughout the meal, she was attentive and made sure our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask. We are incredibly grateful for the delightful experience she provided during our lunch.
Food was ok, service sucked. I did a to go order, asked for a coke while I was waiting it came out when the order did. No one knows me u. Place has gone down hill

I haven’t been to a Red Lobster since the pandemic so I was hesitant, but I really enjoyed my experience at this location. The staff were friendly, my server, Branden was sharp and attentive and the food was top tier. I think I’ll be making the 40 minute drive to this location every time I want Red Lobster now. DELICIOUS!
If you order over the phone, DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU SEE IT! Do not trust the management team. They will lie to you. I did not accept the food and was promised my refund. 3 days later, still no refund. My next step is making a credit card dispute. This complaint is ONLY speaking about the Management Team. The wait staff had more customer service skills then the manager I had to deal with on that day.

Vegetarian options: We were here with a party of 15 for a family event. We ordered plain linguine with broccoli and brussel sprouts on the side! I also had a Mango Berry Sangria and it was amazing!
I was at this location for dinner with my husband, they brought us the lobster poorly cooked, so much so that I couldn't even split it, my husband ordered some shrimp and had to remind the waitress a while later to bring it to him, it's not the first Once we have a bad experience at this place, we will definitely not return.

I previously rated the Cartersville location low, but my family wanted to go for Lobster fest. So we went to the Austell location. They definitely made up for Cartersville lack of flavor. Everyone loved their food! The salmon with shrimp on top, shrimp alfredo, crab legs, Lobster, and fried shrimp were all very good. And of course, the biscuits are always a hit
