Not sure why this location is closed now but not surprised, the customer service and the food has always been horrible. I am from Chicago and I have always eaten at the Mableton location and I started eating at the Austell location because it’s closer to me, both locations have horrible customer service and the food is always prepared horribly. I’ve complained to the owner and no one seems to care, it’s unfortunate because I love the Chicago style menu but RJabs is a bad imitation!
Today was my first time at RJabs Wings and I will definitely be back. Service was excellent the food was absolutely perfect...I enjoyed every BITE....❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ R'Jabs yall are my new wing family.
Philly cheese steaks are alright. Half of wings were inedible and fries were soaked in grease. I don't recommend or approve.
Placed order at wrong location so she wouldn't even let us order anything and made us drive to the other location in mableton and get their and they don't even accept the Groupon at the mableton location. Horrible customer service! Not mentioning my girl is pregnant and she wouldn't even let her order the food!!!! Unacceptable!!!
If they had an option to give this place a 0, they highly deserved it. I use to think this place had the best Philly cheesesteak and chili cheese fries. What a huge mistake! My cheesesteak was sooo greasy, I swear that was the only ingredient besides bread. The fries were so flavorless. They slapped burnt meat and cheddar cheese on it. I’m going to assume they thought the salt from the cheese was going to give it something. It gave it something alright, a 0. Don’t waste money here!
I went here for a Chicago style polish. Being from Chicago I know exactly what it looks like and taste like. It tasted more like a dried up sausage link, that was dried out and the bun was old. I should have taken it back but I was to far and it wasn't worth it. Will not be returning
Jaques is amazing. My first time here and the food is great and fresh. Friendly staff, clean, and hospitable. The jabs sauce wings, hot lemon pepper wings and garlic parmesan wings r bussin
Wings with original sauce are great. Tenders were good too and a good ole Fanta peach to finish it off.
I like their wings. My husband loves it because it has authentic Chicago Hotdogs and Maxwell Street Polish.
I love the Italian beef, the pizza puff could be better cooked. (It was still dough)I was so disappointed when I got the chili cheese fries! ? Everything is so Chicago at this place but being from Chicago I have to say the chili cheese fries were a HUGE disappointment! Why use shredded cheese ? you know real Chicago people use nacho cheese and I couldn't help but be disappointed when I got home and seen this shredded cheese mess y'all call "chili cheese fries" and to make matters worse the menu displays nacho cheese on the chili cheese fries ... What a scam!

First time here so I got the 8pc wing combo with the Rjab sauce. Pretty good.. no complaining here.. tell them the handyman you. American owned and operated!
The Cashier was so helpful as it was my first visit. She gave suggestions based on my preferences and I was very pleased! Will definitely return for more good food choices.
1st time visting this location, would go to Mableton location from time to time. We ordered pickup and the gentlemen who took my order was pleasant and never rushed me through the process. Had the Philly Steak sandwich that was flavorful and not skimpy with the meat at all. Not a huge sandwich but plentiful. Ordered the combo with the wings but was so full I had to leave the wings for later ?. Will definitely be returning.
I ordered from here on a whim, and I must say the wings were good!!!! Teriyaki lemon pepper soo good. So good I had to run it back one more time
I ordered a 10 piece wings dry. I received 8 wings swimming in sauce.
