Bought a 32 ounce smoothie and had my brother go get it because I was sick at home and I’ve never ordered from this particular store before. My brother said it was steaming hot in there. There was only two girls and they were so backed up, they couldn’t keep up with the orders. Then when he came back and I got my smoothie, the consistency is horrible. I have drunk lumps of powder and there’s so much powder in there and it’s not even a smoothie. It’s just mush because they put too much powder stuff in here and not enough ice. It was a waste of all of my money and I’m super disappointed in you guys. Management should have a better handle on how many people need to be in that store to get these orders out and on top of that they need to be retrained by someone who knows what they’re doing so that you don’t keep getting these horrible reviews on Google. Train your people and get some freaking air in that store. You’re not gonna be able to pay your workers better if the store keeps getting run the way that it is. I see so many horrible reviews over the past few months and I go and see that none of them have been resolved. Just a shame. No response from management yet either. Posted over a week ago. Y’all just don’t care!

On 3/29, I purchased two smoothies for pickup. When I got there, the worker was rushing to complete our orders and was not paying attention to the tickets at all. Both of the smoothies weren’t made correctly as she did not pay to the instructions she printed out and my sister has a nut allergy (drink contained nuts). I didn’t notice they were wrong until I got back home so I reached out to the store via email and still have not received a response. I also tried contacting via phone but the number does not work. I Will NEVER visit this location again.

The smoothie was disgusting. The place was dirty. I never been to a place in the morning and their establishment is dirty. The store manager smelled just like marijuana when he took my order. He needs to be fired immediately. I’ll rather go to south Cobb smoothie king than east west. East west smoothie king is horrible

Line long poor customer service, no management here to even fix the problems. Poor management needs to be fired. Waiting 30mins for 1 smoothie not it. Needs more training and a manager in the store that cares about the staff and store. I’m not spending my money in here again. The reviews below I can definitely believe it.

I had the worst experience at smoothie king in Austell. Nobody in the store knew what they were doing. She over charged me for three peanut butter scoops. Then she had to call another store to figure out how to refund me she couldn’t. So she ended up giving me a refund out the tip jar. I got three smoothies in total, all filled with ice. I can say this was the worst smoothie I had from a smoothie king. Also I told them to make sure they didn’t add the extra peanut but. They still did. I have a peanut butter smoothie.

On 3/29/ 2024 at 8:52 pm, my husband and I walked up to the Smoothie King on East West Connector to purchase Smoothies. The sign said open and your website had a closing time of 9:00 pm. When we began walking towards the store, the worker walked up, locked the door.and turned the open sign light off. That wasRUDE and doesn't demonstrate the best customer service. I'm extremely disappointed and will likely go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe moving forward.

I have had the pleasure of visiting numerous smoothie kings in Atlanta, and I must say that this particular location surpasses them all. The transformation in both morale and service is truly remarkable! And let's not forget how impeccably clean it is now. Witnessing the dedication and patience of the staff during the transition has made me appreciate the changes even more. The arrival of the new manager, who is passionate about his work and committed to resolving past issues, has made this location one to keep an eye on. I highly recommend visiting this place and requesting to meet the new manager - he is an exceptional individual who will ensure you have a memorable experience.

In the past two weeks, I’ve ordered three smoothies, Incredible Hulk, 32 ounces and for some reason this place cannot get the mix consistency down pack or Correct. I don’t understand it it’s almost as if I’m wasting my money and I’ve been getting smoothies for more than three years now Please I’m asking for some help from the management team and this establishment what can be done about this please respond. I ordered one drink no changes just a basic smoothie. Three people behind me received their smoothie so I checked to go fridge. The tall black goofy dude said it’s coming I said ok. I wait three more people get their drink with one of them with 3 smoothies another with four at that point I waited for twenty five minutes. I just canceled my order. I just knew something was about to happen because of that goofy dude.

Big, tall, balled guy had the audacity to be rude to me and my wife after we told him kindly that we received the wrong smoothie then he took it personal, raised his voice and told us that we didn’t tell him the exact smoothie that we wanted which in fact we did tell him that we wanted our Mango Ginger Metabolism Smoothie 2 or 3 times but I guess he had his AirPods on and eventually sent another employee to make our Mango Ginger Metabolism Boost Smoothie. This guy has poor customer service he shouldn’t be raising his voice at anyone or take his anger at other customers because by the end of the day he’s an employee and customer’s are FIRST especially the customers that are nice!!
