I live in the area and came here to get a sandwich and the employees were acting lazy and told me they had to make the bread and proceeded to roll bread around slowly…, the other employee stood by the register and I asked if she could take my order and they said it would take a long time because it was still early and they just got there. It was 12 and I know subway opens before 12, I left because they were coughing all over the food and sneezing. Horrible service Don’t come here

The food was what you'd expect from Subway, that's why I went in. But the two employees working had poor customer service. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. It took 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, and their conversation was not something they should have been chatting about in front of customers.

How can one place mess up an order so many times?We order from Uber Eats and this place can not remember to put meat on a sandwich. Just find another establishment to get food from. I would hate to think what they are doing to the food in the back if they have such a lack of care in the front.

I ordered a 12 inch sub and to my knowledge that is what a “FOOTLONG” is. As I’m unwrapping my sub something seems off so I like any sane person I took out my tape measure and measured my sub out to be 11inches(very disappointing)What happened to the pride of sandwich makers? Not to mentioned i paid 16 dollars for

No idea where all the bad reviews are coming from but by far best service i've ever had with a fast food place, super nice employee, and great food. Definitely somewhere to eat at when your in town!!

Why so much attitude from the cashier at Golden Krust? They need to send ALL of their staff to customer service training because this isn't the only location with a cashier with a stank disposition. Doesn't cost a thing to smile and be friendly!

My bf and I was coming to get food for our family, when one of the server asked how many sandwich she got a attitude, and asked the other server to come out and help and while we was trying get our order together we where told that we need all breads of everyone order, and while getting the bread it was thrown/slam on the counter. We were very polite. It was also a couple that walked in right before us and walked right back out! We from out of town and this has been the worse experience since we been. Rather it’s 5 minutes to close we shall still be treated with respect and no attitudes when we paying for a family of 5.
