Worst Subway ever including the New York Subway. Skimpy on the toppings to slices of tomatoes on a 6 inch sub. Have been here about 6 times in the last 3 weeks ordered the same thing every time paid a different price ever time. The man clearly don't know what he is doing on the register. Save your time and money go to Wendy's would probably be faster if you drive to the next town. Seriously don't go there anyone who gave them 5 stars must be friends or family.

Arrived before 8pm and location was closed when it clearly states online and on the door that they close at 8pm. I knocked on door and employee ignored me. Do not support this location

Don’t bother ordering ahead online. Arrived for pickup and the stores line was to the door. Ordering ahead 30min did no good and caused delays getting my order as those in line were being served. Understaffed.

I placed an order by the app and I went to pick the order because it says it was ready and when I got in this employee was telling me they don't accept any deal from the app so they just refunded the money what a waste of time

The manger is a nut job. Every time they’re open, he has the door locked and I have to knock outside and he will let me in (has happened numerous times) now I come this morning and the door is open, but they are closed. I came at nine something and sign on the door says nine and online it says they open at nine and when I walk in, he tells me they’re not open yet.. so let me get this straight when y’all are open y’all keep the door locked, and when y’all closed y’all keep the door open. And I’m sure when he reads this, he will know exactly who this is. Everything I said was true and he know it.

Customer service was poor. This was my first visit. I usual order from Subway Floyd Road. Please know that this location does not accept coupons. I ordered tuna with some trimmings. The tuna had a different taste and appearance from the Floyd Road location. The tuna was not white as the tuna is on Floyd Riad.. The taste of the tuna was poor. There was more bread than tuna. Furthermore, when the server prepared my sandwich, I could not see the tuna. There was a silver panel against the serving window area that kept the meats out of view from the consumer. My order for Lays chip and a foot long tuna totaled $14.00 plus. This is a difference in the price on Floyd Road without any coupons included to the purchase. Are prices higher because of the proximity to Six Flags Drive?
I will never return to this location!

This is the worst subway. They do not care about their customers. They are so rude, my company comes to the EPI center a lot due to it being down the road, not anymore. WE ORDERED THE FOOD ONLINE. Still sitting here LITERALLY AN HOUR AFTER THE FOOD WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. 0/10 they need a new owner ASAP, the way she talks to the customers. She has noooo business owning a company with that nasty attitude. She needs to be reported to corporate immediately.

Super clean , all the food looked fresh . The manager was working this day and he was VERY polite . My sandwhich was made PERFECTLY & the bread was baked fresh, soft and flaky. 20/10 for my pregnancy cravings ! Thank you guys so much !

The customer service today suck!!! The girl who refuses to give anyone their receipt! I was there today 1/8/24 at 1:20pm management please let your workers know that having poor customer service makes the food taste bad!!! SMH ??‍♀️ I had to ask for condiments! Next time I’ll just go to the new restaurant next door! All I wanted was a salad ?

Slowest subway I have ever been to. I’ve been waiting in line for 15 min with only 1 person ahead of me. The gentleman working shows absolutely zero urgency.. is so soft spoken you can barely understand him. Go to any other subway unless you want to wait 20 min to get food.
