I've been inside this location at 1642 Mulkey Rd SW Austell GA. quite a few times and it's always been clean and presentable inside and out!! The staff here is always helpful and friendly and my orders are accurate and complete and there prices here are comparable to most places in the area!! Also the food is warm and taste great!! And I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes for my orders even at peak times!! I would recommend this location to everybody who likes Taco Bell!!

The Thornton rd location is closer for me but it's been a hit or miss over there,. So I drive a little further and come here. I always pickup my food at the drive thru and the customer service is top notch every time.

I went got two boxes of food. They were awful we didn't even enjoy it.. both had a lot of junk in them.. this the second time in the last two months yall served messed up food. No taco taste at all. Be a long time before u see me again... wasting my money there..

Landed myself in urgent care after eating a burrito and a couple of tacos from this place 8/2/25 a little after 8pm. It was my only meal that day. I started having god awful burps and bloating at 1am and I was awakened from my sleep at 4am having horrific stomach cramps and abdominal pain, sweating and having chills, projectile vomiting to the point that I’ve lost my voice. I had to miss work! I was concerned when I pulled around the restaurant to park and saw two unkempt looking employees standing behind the place in aprons smoking. I joked “they probably don’t wash their hands” and sure enough, I got the worst case of food poisoning one could ever have. I have never been so sick in my life. Day two and I’m still weak, queasy, gassy and passing that rancid meal in loose liquid form. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN!!!!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered a grilled burrito left off the cheese and the tortilla strips and both missing. Horrible and over greasy. Never ordering Taco Bell again. Gross. And chicken quesadilla had a FEW bits of chicken. Horrible
