Put my order in on the kiosk. Said I was going to pay in cash nowhere did it say I needed to tell the employees to do their job and come collect my cash so I sat there like an idiot for almost 15 minutes until I finally asked if my order was being made and the rude lady on the line (after she was done making fun of the guy working drive through in front of customers) said “well it tells you to pay at the counter!” Sorry, I didn’t realize I needed to flag you down while you’re being extremely rude to your coworkers to let you know to do your job and collect my money. I just walked out. Absolutely disrespectful and terrible service.The woman running the line tonight (April 10, 2024) should be fire. She not only didn’t address a single customer standing at the counter for over 15 minutes, she openly made fun of her coworkers in front of all of us and then when I asked simple question do you want to make fun of your employees for “standing around “when you can’t even do the basics of your job? Give me a break lady.

Taco Bell is my go to when I'm @ the location of Austell & Mulkey Rd. We enjoy the food & service there. This location was renovated outside, parking lot is resurfaced & it looks great.

I was in the area and decided to give this place another go after 2 years and it was a night and day difference. The food, staff, and service were amazing, even the atmosphere was nice.

Came here multiple times at lunch, and wait times are ridiculous. The drive through is ignored and told to come in side. This location needs more/better staffing. No sense of urgency by the workers while people are lined up in the lobby waiting for their food.
