Great for a low country boil on-the-go. The cajun rice is a must have. The music is lively, and the service was very good. Family-friendly atmosphere. We had the boil with the shrimp, crab legs, potatoes, eggs and sausage. Everything was tasty. Second time visiting the restaurant, and plan on going again.

I ordered online and picked up today 11/1/24. I’ve ordered from them and dined in several times before and it was never an issue. Today I order at 12 picked up 12:30. Grabbed my order, I only checked to make sure all my items were in the bag and it was. Got home and I am disappointed. First I grabbed a corn it was so soggy, next grab a piece of broccoli it to was soggy, the rice was over cooked as well, the shrimp wasn’t fully clean and chewy. $60 down the drain…I called to let them know, I could have taken it back but I live 20min away and just didn’t feel like it. I was craving seafood so bad and for it to be disgusted. I gave it to my sister maybe she can stomach it. Never again I’ll check food from them next time if it’s a next time. HORRIBLE!

Regulars at this spot. Their Calamari is some of the best. The seafood is good. Fried shrimp is large and good. However not sure why they have what they call Lunch Specials on the menu that are no price difference from the regular dish...not sure if they think people don't notice that but to me that borders on trying to be deceptive. Either have a true Lunch Special that is a different price that the regular menu item or don't say it's a Lunch Special. The wait staff is great.
Today, I visited Tasty Crab in Austell, GA, where Akelah, a server with red hair, assisted us. I requested my seafood with garlic butter and mild seasoning on the side because my son doesn’t like it spicy. When the meal arrived, it was steamed with no seasoning, and she provided the butter and seasoning mixed together on the side.
Throughout our meal, Akelah never came to check on us, and our crab bucket was overflowing because of the lack of service. At checkout, we noticed a gratuity charge for our party of four. When I asked about it, Akelah vaguely said sometimes gratuity is added. As I signed the receipt, she left the register and approached my friend, claiming she added gratuity because, supposedly, I only tipped her $1 on a previous visit—even though I live in Florida and had never been to this restaurant before.
Despite admitting her mistake and confusing me with someone else, Akelah never offered to correct the situation. It seems she might be taking advantage of customers by adding gratuity to ensure a tip, but she missed out on her blessings tonight.
Update: I emailed the company to investigate the situation, but never received a response back.

I ordered two variations of the garlic butter and it was not worth $19 for 2 cups. The cups were not completely filled and the butter tastes like something I could have melted and served at home.
The hostess also had an attitude.

The crab legs are over cooked and under weight. This isn’t the first time but I finally decided to post. Buy from the grocery store and cook them yourself or go to another restaurant. Tasty Crab lost 5 customers tonight.
I had hair in my crab legs , the Owner MAY/MAE had an attitude towards me about it . Snatched the bowl away : TRACY WAS GREAT AND ALWAYS HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very rude today!! I have visited this location several times and never had an issue . Mae was very rude when I was trying to place a phone over the order. I will not be back they have lost a long time customer. I will go to Juicy Crab from now on!
