Today my family and I had dinner around 7:30 p.m at the Juicy Crab restaurant located at Austell.
There was no wait and plenty of table open and the people were happy to serve us.
We enjoyed the delicious food, and I had a number #1 corn boil egg sausages and shrimp.
My sons had popcorn shrimp and fries. That’s their favorite.❤️
We were so pleased with the delicious dinner.
And thank you so much Mia for the wonderful service.
I definitely recommend The Juicy Crab because everything is delicious.

Terrible service came in at 9:10pm and server refused to sit me down saying dine in is closed I can only do take out after I saw them sit down a couple I asked for a manger they never came and few mins later she sat me down with a nasty attitude didn’t even want to eat there anymore how nasty she acted

I went in yesterday with my sister we haven't been to this one in months and decided to eat outside on the patio since it was a nice day. I ordered the shrimp, mussels, and crab with the mild special sauce. My sister order the shrimp and sasuage with medium special sauce. They both came out and the sauce was watery as hell!! It had no taste to it at all just coloring. I told the waitress the sauce is horrible and then I proceeded to ask if I am the one who noticed and she said yes. She offered me a cup of Old Bay seasoning but that did not make it any better. We might as well had no sauce at all. I also tasted my sisters, hers was watery also and it tasted just like mines like did he pour the same watery sauce on both and didn't think no one would noticed. I'm not sure if they're cutting back or what, but if that is the case then they should cut back on the price! A very dissapointed and sauceless customer!😡

I had an amazing experience at The Juicy Crab! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was packed with seasoning and the portions were generous, making it worth every penny.

What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. A special shout-out to Destiny—she was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive from start to finish. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and her warmth and genuine care truly elevated the whole experience. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and thoughtful, and Destiny made me feel so welcomed.

I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending The Juicy Crab to friends and family. Great food, amazing atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like a valued guest. Thank you, Destiny, for making my visit so special! Delicious!

I enjoyed my lunch here at the Juicy Crab. I arrived between 12 and 1 pm. There was no wait and plenty of tables open. I was sat within a few minutes and my waitress was immediately available. I placed my order and my food came out maybe 15 minutes later. It was quick, the food was delicious and the service was great. I will definitely be back.

The food was absolutely horrible, it taste old it was so bad we couldn’t eat it. It was drowning in oil with no seasoning and the staff is very rude and I overheard them cussing bc a man said he couldn’t carry 3 drinks at once and kindly asked for a drink carrier. When he walked away the staff was cussing and calling him all kinds of name in front of us. Jediah took our order and her attitude was bad. I told her my order was missing corn and she tried to open the bag and was planning to take OUT the extra potato to give me corn 😭 actually insane worst seafood boil I’ve ever seen

I was extremely disappointed with my food. I tried Juicy Crab for the first time at the Camp Creek location and enjoyed it so much that I decided to place a pick-up order while running errands around Austell. The food was ready on time, so I appreciate that. However, when I tasted the food, I was let down. The sausage casing was tough, and the sausages were overly salty. The potatoes and shrimp were undercooked, although the corn was perfect in my opinion. That said, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

My king crab was small and disappointing. $75.00 market price is high for anything that doesn't live up in size of true king crab. They said they go by weight. I'd rather see a true king crab leg if that's what I order and expected or I would have just ordered snow crab.

My husband had the fried catfish and he said it was excellent.

My family makes it a priority to stop at juicy crab whenever they are in town. Typically, we do go to the location in Hiram, but we were closer to this location when we did decide to stop. We came around 9:20 PM, aware they were closing at 10, but we were still sat, and unfortunately rushed. We definitely would’ve loved to enjoy our meals which we did, minus several employees making remarks loud enough to hear stating that “They wish we would hurry up and leave because they do have things to do like go to wal mart” SEVERAL times, loud enough to hear. Huffing and puffing. Completely disgusting and unacceptable behavior, especially when YOU are a closer for a job YOU applied for. To that server specifically, you may want to consider switching over for a morning shift smh. That is no way whatsoever appropriate and it’s sad you to feel comfortable enough to not say it once let alone multiple times especially for us to hear and management should not tolerate that AT ALL let alone customers. I’ve been here once before and had a similar issue and will make sure after this I will not spend my hard earned money in this type of environment.
