Just left here. I ordered rice, eggs, and a #7. My food came out quick but they informed me they were out of rice. My server told me this before she put my food down and I explained to her that I did not want it anymore because of the rice being missing. She got her manager and the manger said she wouldn’t be able to take it off because it was on the table.(that i did not touch) I informed her that i told my server that i did not want it anymore because i only like my food with the rice. My server went to the back talking about me saying im finna lose a 40 dollar check over 3 dollar rice or however much it is. IDC if the rice was 50 cent!! I’m a server and ppl change they minds all the time . i don’t get an attitude and talk about my guest. especially when the guest can hear me. the kicker the manager said they had rice just it would be a 30 min wait soooo yall had it this whole time just too lazy to cook 3 dollar rice lol ok lost that check and my tip!!! never will be back ! took my money to tasty crab. yall probably don’t care but i don’t either ?

The worse customer service. I entered and waited at the register because not one employee was present. Was there 7mins before I stepped over to the kitchen, where I saw 3 ladies laughing and joking on their phone. I informed them that I was there to pick up an order for Door Dash. They just looked at me, went and got someone else, who informed me that the order was almost ready. Although I was door dashing, I am the customer FOR my customer. I am also a potential future customer of the restaurant. This was the 6th time I've picked up food here. And this is my experience every time. I'd never eat there. I don't care how good the food is.

The waitress was very kind the food needs better cooks you can tell they doesn’t care how the prepare the food and they kept messing up on my order I did not like the food at this location but everything else was ok they just need better cooks who actually take pride of their job

Whoever changed the recipe for the juicy special needs to change it back, the last 2 times I went there it was just salty cajun seasoning. I had to wash it off to eat it, Very disappointed

My husband just picked up our food from this location and whoever packed it was extremely careless. Sauce wasted all over the bag and all over his truck. This is completely careless & unacceptable! Do better!
