Move over IHop and Hello Thumbs Up Diner! Breakfast here was lovely. The service was great too. I think they may have been short staffed but my coffee was never empty, my plate and food came out hot, and we were kindly checked on throughout our meal. The prices were fair and didnt hurt the pockets. Definitely will be back
Typically, I love Thumbs Up. But, this was my first time at this location. The waiter and the food were good. However, I was disappointed to see 2 dogs in an open stroller in a resturant. I even watched the hostess place a sign up detailing that service animals and emotional support animals were welcomed. The behavior of these dogs did not suggest that they were either. They were leveled with the table and the owner was constantly redirecting them to not get out of the stroller. It was disappointing to say the least because I was at the table directly behind them which resulted in me packing my food and leaving.
I never post reviews on a restaurant. But I have to say something about sitting at my table and turning around just to see 2 damn dogs in a stroller looking at me while I was eating. I lost my appetite quickly. A staff member put a sign in the window saying service dogs and emotional dogs allowed. That was neither. I should have went to Waffle House.
Our server was very nice so that helped the experience a lot. The food was just very basic and not well made or hot, the pancakes felt like they had been sitting a while you couldn’t even cut them with a fork and the eggs were basically motel buffet quality. The potatoes even though they were made with peppers and onion and looked to have seasoning were very bland and dry. The food took a long time to come from the kitchen and it wasn’t even hot. Not a spot I would drive out of my way to back to.

Terrible place to go on weekend. They are a disorganized mess. Waited 35 minutes for 2 salmon cakes and a side of runny , loose grits. Unacceptable. Hire more help to take care of customers! They have become too busy to maintain any sort of consistency. I won't be returning

By far, it is the best breakfast place in the Austell/Mableton. The omlettes and French toast, and skillet potatoes are delicious.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces available in the front parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of handicapped parking spaces available.

My brother and I visited the austell location off of east west connector for brunch on Sunday and as expected it was packed. We were seated in a timely manner and the waitress was a delight. I believe she introduced herself as Dominique. The smoked chicken wings were absolutely amazing (dip in ranch for an experience) Smoked chicken salad, sautéed spinach with mushrooms and Rye toast was just what I was looking for in a healthier alternative diet. Thank you Thumbs Up. 10 Stars for me!
The food was so good! I could listen to the server talk all day. She knew her stuff. Reserve a table! They made us feel like we were old friends.

Great service beautiful atmosphere. Good food and friendly personnel. Highly recommend.
Please give the option with or without hot sauce on the low country heap. No one wants heartburn their first meal of the day. My plate was drenched in hot sauce. The Douglasville location does not do that. My favorite meal on my day off… ruined!! Couldnt even finish the meal
