Touchdown Wings at Austell

This touchdown is really falling off. At least 3 times I did not get the flavor I ordered. I like the honey MILD wings. They gave me honey hot and once the wings were so hot i could barely eat any of them. I went for Super Bowl i expected some wait but it was well over a hour. Then i don’t even know what flavor i got for the honey mild for me and honey hot for my nephew. The chicken strips were burnt ( had to feed them to the stray cats outdoors). The wings and the fries were soggy as heck. And i tried to tell the gentleman that doesn’t look right. He swears it is and that’s it

Best wings around. Customer service is good. Not always cheerful, but who is. Fish is cooked well. Portions are good.

Excellent chicken wings, garlic parmesan is my favorite flavor.

So I’ve eaten from here on 3 different occasions. This last time, idk who was in the kitchen but they was IN THERE YOU HEAR ME!!! I got the touch down special, ordered this past Tuesday on Uber Eats, and when I tell you they were delicious!!!!!!! If I could I’d be a touch down special. The sauce was so yummy I was dipping everything in there and scraping up those lil bits. I’ll be back soon for sure.

This place is really ridiculous. I called an order in at 7:42 pm. Came in and paid and nearly 1 hour later they still don’t have my order. What’s the point on calling in if you are just going to make it there? Tell people you don’t accept over the phone orders. And it was just a 30 piece wings. Yall have to do better especially if you’re taking people hard earned money smh

They don’t listen quite well on the phone at this location. Their wings be struggle wings. The Powder Springs location is your best bet!!!

I hate to write bad reviews but I HATE BAD EXPERIENCES MORE....So after almost an hour, while small children ran around like we were at a playground, counters were dirty and my food sat and I was told it didn't after looking at it sit and requesting to have it recooked, and IT WASN'T, i should have asked for a refund. Staff just toom my food to the back and held longer as it was COLD when I drove home in 8 mins. I wont be back. Food was not worth the wait, hastle, and rudeness when I didnt just comply and leave like everyone else. Better options close by to waste time and money here. Still needed dinner after this waste of time!!!

Food is decent but order is never ready when you call it in. As a regular customer that’s ridiculous. You always have to wait forever to get food. Last time coming here. Tired of food never being ready!!! What’s the point of taking orders over the phone if you not going prepare food! Go somewhere else guys it’s not worth the hassle and time wasted……..
