They don’t listen quite well on the phone at this location. Their wings be struggle wings. The Powder Springs location is your best bet!!!

I hate to write bad reviews but I HATE BAD EXPERIENCES MORE....So after almost an hour, while small children ran around like we were at a playground, counters were dirty and my food sat and I was told it didn't after looking at it sit and requesting to have it recooked, and IT WASN'T, i should have asked for a refund. Staff just toom my food to the back and held longer as it was COLD when I drove home in 8 mins. I wont be back. Food was not worth the wait, hastle, and rudeness when I didnt just comply and leave like everyone else. Better options close by to waste time and money here. Still needed dinner after this waste of time!!!

Food is decent but order is never ready when you call it in. As a regular customer that’s ridiculous. You always have to wait forever to get food. Last time coming here. Tired of food never being ready!!! What’s the point of taking orders over the phone if you not going prepare food! Go somewhere else guys it’s not worth the hassle and time wasted……..

My mom & I are very frequent customers here however lately the customer service has been horrible . Genuinely makes me want to find a new wing spot the young lady with the glasses kind of heavy set always has a nasty attitude or her energy comes off rude . Will be my last time coming . Wings & Philly are good though !

It's Tuesday sep 16. I bought a 20 pc and the wings are spoiled, I called just to let the store know I can't make it back to return them but they're going in the trash. Don't waste your money
