Fantastic as always! My husband and I have been enjoying Wallace Barbecue for as long as we can remember, and nothing has changed in 35+ years. We drive an hour and a half now so we can enjoy good bbq. Don’t forget to enjoy a pickle with your meal and grab a bottle of hot sauce to keep at home!
My only disappointment was the blue cheese dressing. It shouldn't be cottage cheese dressing. I know what you did there. It was one of my favorite things, and you used to do it very well.
This place is so good we went back for seconds! The flavors are fantastic, the staff is patient with tourists like us & extremely helpful! Fresh made food & quick take out service! Large seating area for dine-in. The cook delivered with the flavor & my son loved both the “hot as hell” & “hotter than hell” spicy wings! The vinegar based bbq sauce was a great addition to my grilled chicken dinner (came with two sides!) good prices, great food, & wonderful...
