I eat here often. Very often. Excellent management, from a costumer's perspective. They run a tight ship, but this seems to be appreciated by the staff. Food is ALWAYS 100%. Always fast, hot and delicious. Staff, with a few rare exceptions, are friendly and on point. I highly recommend.

The worst place to get wings. Never again. The guy at the counter forgot to tell them to mix my sauces. Then they only put one sauce on one side. I had to ask for more sauce and then they forgot my dip. Come on. The worst place 8 don't recommend this at all.

Kevin Was simply amazing!! I’ve been to this location on several occasions and I’ve had some good experiences but also some not so good. I would like to say that as of today the new systems in play definitely made a huge difference. All of my food was fresh.’ Fries hot and crispy.! Wings perfectly cooked. Service via Kevin was Ahmazing!! He definitely won me over. Not sure if he’s in management but if he’s not he needs to be!!

I love Wingstop but this branch is the worst, their employees are not committed at all, whenever I buy here I receive the worst things, incomplete orders, ready without my sauce, cold food and above all a super delayed delivery time

I did a quick online order and went to pick it up. It was ready when I got there so I’d say it took about 20mns. I mistakenly ordered the wrong flavor and didn’t realize it until I got in my car. I called from the car and asked if I can come swap it out. Ron assisted me immediately and was very helpful. Kevin met me at the register with my correct order. He was also extremely helpful and pleasant as well. My order was corn, boneless wings (no sauce), boneless hot wings, seasoned fries & and soda. Everything was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I placed an order through the Wingstop app, and it took over an hour for my food to arrive. Everything was flipped over, cold, and my ranch had busted open all over the bag. When I went back to the store to speak with the manager that was dismissive and a low vibrational woman( the one with blue hair ), I asked if my food could be remade and mentioned that I paid extra for all flats. I also asked if she could at least give me an extra fry for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back.

She refused, which honestly felt pretty rude given the situation. Then, it took another 35 minutes for the remake, and when I finally got it, she shorted me on the fries. When I pointed it out, she said, “That’s how it comes.” I eat Wingstop often — that’s absolutely not true.

Let’s just say her attitude was beyond unprofessional. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the lack of care and the way I was talked to was ridiculous. If you’re going to manage people, at least act like you respect your customers.

Every time I come here, they are closed by 11. Why does it say close at 12:00. You people are so useless and every person that works here. This is why we have a bad reputation everywhere in the country because of lazy usual suspects. Why are they closing at 11:15. It says 12 on the website. I drove 30 minutes for the employee sweeping the floor saying that it’s closed. What is wrong with this location? So annoying. Don’t even go here.
