Music was way too loud , fries looked like there were left over the day before /. Really shorts , burn or very dark like they using old oil or something .. I wouldn’t go again on this location just wasted 20 dollars on reporting this is a total fraud.

This is one of the worst Wingstop they have no customer service. They do not answer the phone and when you walk in everybody standing around and no one is trying to really help. Should I take 45 minutes for food fast food at that?

Placed an order at 11:21am and didn’t receive it until 12:30pm. Wings were too salty and cold. Fries were too salty, cold, and over cooked. No one thought to include a straw in the bag for my drink. Wasted $20 on lunch just to throw it in the trash. ? Driver was friendly at least.

Super bad, they take a long time to give you your order and the service is terrible, very rude to customers, I won't buy again ????
Disappointing Service and Long Wait Time
I recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite standing at the counter no one even acknowledged me. I had to wait far longer than expected, with no communication or updates from the staff. When I approached the staff behind the counter to inquire about placing an order I was told it was going to be at least a hour wait time. The employees were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the long wait time.
Customer service is a critical part of any dining experience, and unfortunately, this location fell short. I expected better efficiency and courtesy, especially considering the popularity of Wingstop. I hope improvements are made in terms of both service speed and staff professionalism, as this visit was far below the standard I’ve come to expect.

Had to ask for fresh fries just to get more hard dark greasy fries. I ask why they didn't look crisp and yellow like the picture the guys say the oil needs changed. Wings were ok

Really bad service take forever and they don't give methe order right
Hate to have to write this but I really had a bad experience. My food was suppose to be done at 9:21pm didn’t receive it until 10:15pm. There was about 5 staff members and they took about 15 min to come to the register to even greet me. They stopped answering phone and taking Uber eats orders. I don’t know if they need more help or need some type of system. I hope they can get the training to make customers experience better and smoother. It was super busy.

Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered Uber eats 10 piece classic wings and they sent boneless. I ordered 15 fried corns and they send those nasty fries instead. When I called the store, the manager kept talking over me. He was rude and nasty as well. I will not be ordering here again! How can you change my order and substitute without my approval?

1 hr is too long to wait for a pickup order
I’ve come to this location since it opened, and as of the past few months noticed there’s an issue if you order at night. Plan to double your estimated wait on the app- not because the employees are moving slow or lazy. They’re the exact opposite, trying their hardest, but most times I come in between 10pm and 12am there’s 10-15 people in the store waiting on orders and only one cook scheduled. Poor employee is always overworked, apologetic for the experience and trying their best. Seems management (or corporate, whichever controls their labor hours) needs to start scheduling them with more cooks. This is how you burn out your employees and end up with poor employee moral, constant call outs and unhappy customers.
Props to the cooks, cashiers and everyone that works nights though! They’re hard working and it shows!

Fir some reason this place doesn't do it for me ?
I brought my nephew, who was visiting, to the E/W Connector location. This location has nasty floors, and poor customer service at best. Two employees stood at the register taking a call-in order while not bothering to acknowledge our presence. They also did not bother offering any type of compensation and had nasty attitudes when asked. I wouldn't bring him back to this location if he paid me.
