Every time I come here, they are closed by 11. Why does it say close at 12:00. You people are so useless and every person that works here. This is why we have a bad reputation everywhere in the country because of lazy usual suspects. Why are they closing at 11:15. It says 12 on the website. I drove 30 minutes for the employee sweeping the floor saying that it’s closed. What is wrong with this location? So annoying. Don’t even go here.

We understand you guys were busy tonight bc of your current deal tonight.
We had 2 orders and both of them were made at 8 p.m. We got our confirmation emails and the estimated wait time of 30 minutes.
We got the first order a little past 9p.m. (You guys were busy, so it's understandable). We kept waiting for our 2nd order, or at least an update of some sort, until 11 p.m.
Our biggest issue wasn't the wait time bc you guys were really busy tonight. We get it. But... your customer service desperately needs improvement and acknowledgement from upper management.
I've worked in customer service and the food industry, too. I understand it can be frustrating, so I approached the employees with the kindness, politeness and understanding that they all deserve. And I got nothing but rudeness in return (and absolutely no help) until I got the chance to talk with their manager.
He was the only one who actually listened to us and went to check on our order.
I lit just wanted to make sure they had it on their system bc sometimes the ticket gets lost or it just doesn't show on their system/screen.

Side note... He told us they were waiting on fries, but we got everything cold (all of it).
We understand if you forgot about our order, but if you said you were waiting on fries you should get fresh fries, to make it less obvious that you guys forgot XD

I have the misfortune of this being the closest Wingstop to me. This is my 3rd time coming and every time I’m shocked at the level of dysfunction and disrespect the staff show. Don’t come here unless you feel like listening to the staff argue rather than make your food.

I usually don’t like to go to restaurants late but it was the only thing open that I wanted. I placed my order online Sunday @ 10:57pm. The order was ready at 11:18. When I received my food it was fresh & hot. I was scared I wouldn’t get good food but it was some of the best wing stop I’ve had in a while. Keep up the good work & service!

I’m currently in the restaurant and have been waiting 35+ minutes for my food. When I walked back up to the counter to check on my order they haven’t even started it because they started making pick up orders. No one else is here and we’re still waiting. The only time I’ve seen staff be friendly here is when a corporate manager was here. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely TERRIBLE TEAM ! The entire TEAM ! Including the manager , I watched them play , drop food , be loud and Vulgar all while waiting a WHOLE HOUR on WINGS ! Manager INCLUDED ! Don’t bother to even tell your issue , they are ALL playing on this clock at this location. There was so MUCH PLAYING AND NO WORK ! Do not go to this LOCATION ! I ordered ONLINE and I still had to wait an HOUR AFTER PLACING IT just for me to check on my food and workers leaned up against the TABLE where food is supposed to be made/bagged , worst part is I watched my chicken take 6mins to make ! They rather entertain each other than work . FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM ! They mean absolutely NO GOOD to this company ! NOT ONE ! I didn’t address them but I did record it ! As a social media influencer I wanted to post it so bad but as a business owner I can’t knowing these are just TERRIBLE workers.

To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at your [insert location/address] Wingstop on [insert date]. My daughter placed an order through Uber Eats for pickup, and she received a notification that the order was ready. I arrived at the store just three minutes later, only to be told by a young staff member that there was no order under her name.

Despite showing a screenshot of the order and confirming the correct store address, I was repeatedly told there was no order. Only after a manager came out and reviewed the system did she claim the order had already been picked up for delivery—which was not accurate. It was then that another employee, a young man who took the time to properly read the order ticket, identified that the order had been mistakenly given away and was indeed marked for pickup.

This employee was the only person who apologized and offered to remake the order. The original staff member and the manager did not take accountability, nor did they offer an apology for the inconvenience or confusion. This is not the first time we’ve experienced disorganized service and a lack of customer care at this location.

The team at this Wingstop appears to need significant retraining in both customer service and order handling. The manager on duty seemed overwhelmed and lacked the ability to resolve basic issues, and the general atmosphere in the store was chaotic.

We will no longer be placing orders at this location, and I strongly recommend management and staff be retrained to meet the standards expected by your customers.

This was my first and last visit to Wing Stop. They had no ice for my drink. Gave my ranch instead of honey mustard and then didn't think I was smart enough to realize they mixed old fries with fresh fries. The tenders had like a corn meal texture and had way to much season, since when is lemon pepper salty? Oh when you add to much, lol. This was a waste of money and time.
